The Scope Of The Task Was Divided Into: Stage No. 1: - Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Allowing Construction Works To Be Carried Out, Including: Zrid Decision For Section No. 1 - Okrzei Street; - Development Of Design Documentation Along With Obtaining Arrangements, Opinions And Administrative Decisions (Without The Obligation To Obtain A Zrid Decision) (Section No. 1A - Connection Of Okrzei Street With Zawichojska And Krucza Streets) Stage No. 2: - Performance Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Technical Documentation Adopted By The Ordering Party, On The Basis Of Which A Zrid Decision Was Obtained Along With Obtaining An Occupancy Permit Or Reporting The Completion Of Construction Works To The District Construction Supervision Inspectorate (Section No. 1 - Okrzei Street); A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: Program Functional And Utility Agreement (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz And The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. The Answers Provided At The Stage Of The Proceedings Constitute An Integral Part Of The Swz. Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Explanatory. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, It Is Necessary To: Design And Perform, In Particular, The Following Works: 1) Separating And Determining In The Field The Boundaries Of The Road Lanes Of The Roads Under Construction, Located In The Demarcation Lines Of The Designed Investment.2) Construction Of Municipal Roads On The Indicated Sections (Section No. 1).3 ) Reconstruction Of All Adjacent Roads In The Area Of Integration Of The Planned Road System Into The Existing Communication System, Including The Construction And Reconstruction Of Intersections With Existing Roads.4) Construction Of Road Sections In Order To Restore Damaged Road Connections Or Provide Access To The Property.5) Construction And Reconstruction Of Infrastructure For Pedestrians And Cyclists.6) Construction And Reconstruction Of Urban Communication Infrastructure (Bus Bays, Stops) And Parking And Parking Bays In The Locations Indicated In The Fup.7) Construction Of Engineering Structures Along The Designed Roads. 8) As Part Of The Construction Of Road And Engineering Structures, Perform The Necessary Strengthening Of The Subsoil And Ensure The Stability Of Excavation Slopes And Embankments To The Extent Adapted To The Soil And Water Conditions, Taking Into Account The Properties Of The Existing Subsoil, Expected Loads And The Requirements Specified In Polish Standards.9) Construction And Reconstruction Of The Road Drainage System, Including: Road Ditches, Storm Sewage, Pre-Treatment Devices And Other Devices That Will Be Required.10) Construction Of Environmental Protection Devices That Will Prove Necessary.11) Reconstruction Of Conflicting Devices And Networks Of Existing Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure, Including : Telecommunication And Energy Devices, Water Supply Networks, Rainwater And Sanitary Sewage Systems, Gas Networks, Drainage And Hydrological Devices And Others. 12) Construction Of Water Supply Networks And Sanitary Sewage Systems In The Sections Indicated For Implementation And Designing The Networks In The Sections Where They Will Be Implemented In Future Years. 13) Demolition Of Buildings And Structures, Demolition Of Road Elements, Culverts And Other Elements In The Scope Of Collision With The Designed Road System. 14) Construction And Reconstruction Of Road Lighting. 15) Construction And Reconstruction Of Traffic Organization Elements And Road Traffic Safety Devices. 16) Cleaning And Unblocking Existing Drainage Devices And Receivers To The Extent That Ensures Effective Drainage Of Water From The Designed Road System. 17) After Completion Of The Works, Perform Full Reclamation Of The Areas Occupied By Technical And Social Facilities, The Construction Site, Any Temporary Roads Constructed For The Contractors Needs And Any Other Areas Transformed By The Contractor. 18) Carrying Out Repairs In The Scope Of Restoring Roads, Real Estate Or Buildings Used And Damaged By Contractor, To Ensure That The Technical Condition Is No Worse Than Before The Commencement Of Construction. Attention!!! The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Products. If In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Technology Of Works Or The Products Used In The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Products Delivered By A Specific Contractor, The Ordering Party Informs That This Provision Is Only An Example. And Constitutes An Indication For The Contractor What Minimum Equivalent Quality Parameters And Functional Features Should Be Present In The Products Used To Implement The Subject Of The Order In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. When Describing The Subject Matter Of The Contract By Reference To The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2) And Section 3 Of The Act, In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act - A Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Construction Works He Offers Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Submission Of Appropriate Documents Confirming The Equivalent Solutions. The Contractor May, Using Other Documents, Demonstrate That The Equivalent Solutions He Offers Meet The Requirements Arising From The Indicated Standards Or Relevant Technical Specifications. Equivalence Of Materials: If The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Functional And Utility Program By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, It Should Be Understood That The Use Of Equivalent Solutions Is Allowed. The Use Of Equivalent Building Materials That Are Listed In The Functional And Utility Program Is Allowed, That Equivalent Materials Will Have At Least The Same Technical Parameters As The Materials In The Above-Mentioned Documents. The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Offered Supplies (Equipment And Construction Materials), Services Or Construction Works Meet The Requirements Specified In The Above-Mentioned Documents. All Products Originating From Specific Manufacturers, Define The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That Products Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements And Constitute A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. When Recording Minimum Requirements For Quality Parameters, The Requirements Of The Goods Contained In Publicly Available Sources, Catalogs And Manufacturers Websites Should Be Understood.
