1. The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting Of: Reconstruction Of The Office Building At Ul. Wojska Polskiego 13 To Fire Safety Regulations. 1) Building Characteristics Three-Story Building + Basement, The Depth Of Which In The Ground Is Less Than Half The Height Of The Storey. Solid Brick Walls, Reinforced Concrete Ceilings, Flat Reinforced Concrete Roof Covered With Roofing Felt. One Staircase Made Of Reinforced Concrete. Functional And Structural System - Longitudinal. There Is A General Communication Corridor Along The Entire Length Of The Building On All Floors, With Utility Rooms On Both Sides. About Half The Length Of The Corridor (And The Building) There Is A Staircase With A Passenger Lift In The Form Of A Platform With Vertical Movement. The Staircase Was Separated On The Above-Ground Floors With Aluminum And Glass Walls, Which Do Not Have Any Fire Resistance. The Main Entrance To The Building Is Located On The Front Elevation, I.E. From The Side Of The Street Polish Army, And Leads To The Ground Floor. The Second Entrance Is Located On The Rear Elevation Of The Building And Leads To The Ground Floor And The Basement. The Third Entrance Is Located On The Western Gable Elevation And Leads To The Basement Level. Basic Dimensions: - Length - 40.10 M - Width - 13.48 M - Height Above Area - 12.95 M2 - Building Area - 528.31 M2 - Usable Area - 1215.71 M2 - Net Area - 1697.49 M2 - Total Area - 2144.17 M2 - Total Volume - 6863.54 M3the Building Is Used By Institutions Public, Working From Monday To Friday From 7.00 A.M. To 4.00 P.M. In Addition, There Is A Heating Plant Room In The Basement. The Building Is Equipped With The Following Internal Installations: - Water And Sewage (With Internal Hydrants); - Electricity; - Central Heating; - Telecommunications; In Addition, Individual Smoke Detectors Are Installed Locally In The Building. The Age Of The Building Is Approximately 110 Years. The Building Is Entered In The Municipal Register Of Monuments Of The City Of Oleśnica.2). Scope Of Designed Changes. Separation Of The Staircase A Staircase Should Be Separated To Create Conditions For Evacuation To The Staircase Similar To Those For Another Fire Zone. Separating The Staircase Shortens The Escape Routes On Individual Floors To The Lengths Within The Permissible Limits. Separating The Staircase Requires The Following Works: - Replacement Of The Existing Glazed Wall On The Ground Floor And Installation Of A New Wall On The Ground Floor - Both With Fire Resistance Of Ei 60 With Smoke-Tight Doors Eis 30 ;- Replacement Of Glass Walls On Both Floors With Walls With Fire Resistance Ei 60 With Smoke-Tight Doors Eis 30, Maintaining The Appropriate Width Of The Stair Landing (Dimensions In The Drawings Of Individual Floors); - Dismantling The Existing Glass And Aluminum Wall Cutting Off The Exit To The Landing Above The Second Floor, - Installation Fire-Resistant Doors In The Walls Constituting The Staircase Casing On The Basement Level, - A Set Of Works Enabling Smoke Removal From The Staircase. B. Replacing Interior Doorssome Exit Doors From Rooms To Escape Routes Should Be Replaced. For Doors That Were Only Slightly Too Narrow, A Derogation From The Requirements Was Granted. The Remaining Doors Should Be Replaced With Doors Of Appropriate Width. In Addition, The Door To The Heating Station Room On The Ground Floor Should Be Replaced With A Fire-Resistant Door. All Doors To Be Replaced Have Been Indicated In The Drawings - Projections Of Individual Floors. Note - In The Case Of Replacing Doors From Before 1945, New Doors Should Be Agreed With The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments At The Stage Of Carrying Out The Works. C. Smoke Removal From The Staircase As Part Of The Construction Of The Staircase Smoke Removal System, It Is Necessary To: - Install A Smoke Flap In The Roof With An Active Area Of Min. 1.55 M2, - Install An Actuator Opening The Existing External Door At The Basement Level, - Install A System That Detects Smoke And Initiates The Smoke Removal Process. Installing The Smoke Flap Requires Cutting A Hole In The Roof, Embedding A Replacement Steel Beam With An Heb180 Profile, And Installing The Flap. Note - The Appearance And Method Of Mounting The Actuator In External Doors Should Be Agreed With The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. D. Adaptation Of Internal Hydrants To Current Requirements. The Hydrant Installation On The Ground Floor And Ground Floor Should Be Rebuilt In Order To Move The Hydrants Outside The Staircase. It Is Planned To Install New Hydrants On These Floors. On The Remaining Floors, It Is Necessary To Replace The Existing Hydrants With Hydrants Equipped With Semi-Rigid Hoses 30 Meters Long. Connection Of The Western Part Of The Basement With The Rest Of The Building. The Western Exit From The Buildings Basement To The Outside Does Not Meet Fire Safety Requirements (It Is Too Narrow). This Part Of The Basement Should Be Connected With The Remaining Part By Carving Out A Passage And Installing A Door Enabling Evacuation To The Main Staircase.
