Banacha To Ul. 3-Go Maja, In The Scope Of: A) Construction Of A Road Structure With An Asphalt Concrete Road Surface, B) Construction/Reconstruction Of The Intersection With Aleja 3 Maja, Into A Roundabout-Type Intersection, C) Construction Of A Sidewalk On Both Sides, D) Construction Of A Road For Bicycles With A Surface Bitumen, E) Reconstruction Of Exits, F) Reconstruction/Construction Of A Road Drainage System, G) Construction And Reconstruction Of Road Lighting, H) Reconstruction Of Collisions Of Existing Networks With New Road Infrastructure, I) Construction Of A Technological Canal, J) Cutting Down Trees And Bushes And Development Of Greenery ,K) Execution And Installation Of Road Markings.3) The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: A) Resulting From The Decision On Environmental Conditions For A Project That May Potentially Have A Significant Impact On The Environment Regarding Monitoring Of The Construction By A Naturalist (Herpetologist, Ornithologist Specialist), Documented By Appropriate Entries In The Construction Log, B) Developing A Traffic Organization Project For The Duration Of The Works, Obtaining The Required Opinions And Approval And Implementing It For The Duration Of The Works, C) Performing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory, D) Preparing A List Of The Lengths And Areas Of The Built And Reconstructed Individual Infrastructure Elements Road, E) Performance Of Any Other Accompanying Works Necessary To Implement The Subject Of The Order, In Particular Specified In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And In The Bills Of Quantities.2. Attention! The Following Should Be Included In The Valuation: 1) Retention Reservoir A) Reservoir At The Intersection Of Ul. Zauchy And Banacha Will Be Constructed Using The Technology Indicated In The Design Documentation (Land Development Project Entitled Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System Under The Topic Entitled Expansion Of Banacha Street...) Without The Construction Of A Separator, Taking Into Account The Use Of Openwork Slabs, In The Range Of 0.6 M - 1, 0M Depth. The Remaining Part Of The Slope Will Be Lined With Openwork Slabs Placed Every Second Time, The Spaces Between The Slabs And In The Slabs Will Be Filled With Topsoil And Planted With Plants Listed In The Offer Cost Estimate, In Accordance With The Instructions Of The Inspector/Representative Of The Ordering Party. A Fence Should Be Built Around The Tank, Approximately 104.0 M Long, With A 1.0 M Wide Gate. B) The Following Should Be Planted Around The Fence: Vines, Shrubs And Perennials, Listed In The Offer Cost Estimate, In Accordance With The Instructions Of The Inspector/Representative Of The Ordering Party.2) Widening The Street Riedla: During The Demolition Of The Existing Surface Of The Street. On Environmental Conditions For A Project That May Potentially Have A Significant Impact On The Environment, In Particular: A) Monitoring The Construction Site For The Presence Of Animals (Especially Amphibians And Reptiles) And Supervising Their Relocation Outside The Work Site By An Experienced Naturalist With Knowledge And Skills In Identifying Species And Habitats, In In Particular Those Covered By Protection, Documented By Entries In The Construction Log, B) During Excavation, To Temporarily Secure The Work Site With A Herpetological Mesh Fence (Plastic Mesh With A Fine Mesh, 80 Cm High, Resistant To Weather Conditions).3. The Contractor Will Take Into Account That During The Works, Works Related To The Construction/Reconstruction Of The Water And Sewage Network In Banacha And Grechuta Streets Are Planned To Be Carried Out Simultaneously, To Be Carried Out By Wodociągi Słupsk Sp. Z O. O. For The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Coordinating The Works Related To The Expansion Of The Streets In Question And Those Planned To Be Performed By Wodociągi Słupsk Sp. Z O. O. Works Will Be Obliged To Adapt The Work Schedule To The Implementation Of Works Related To The Reconstruction/Expansion Of The Road, However, The Schedule Should Include The Time For The Technological Works Of Network Construction After Dismantling The Pavement Layers, Taking Into Account The Continuity Of Operation Of The Water Supply And Sewage Network, So That Ensure The Supply Of Water With The Required Parameters To Recipients And Ensure The Continuity Of Sewage Collection.4. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In Accordance With Art. 103 Of The Act Using Design Documentation And Stwiorb, Which Constitute Annexes To The Swz. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Design Documentation, Stwior Using Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months, Counting From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works. The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Order Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating Offers And Will Be Assessed In Accordance With The Principles Specified In Swz.6. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of This Order For A Period Of 60 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works.
