Tenders Are Invited For Reconstruction Of The Workshop And Warehouse Building Of The State Fire Service District Headquarters In Bytów - Stage I.

1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of A Workshop And Warehouse Building In Bytów - Stage I.2. The Subject Of The Task Includes In Particular: Reconstruction Of The Existing Workshop And Warehouse Building In Order To Adapt The Existing Facility To The Applicable Regulations And To The Needs Of The Fire Brigade. Currently, The Building Has A Simple Rectangular Shape, With A Flat Roof, With A Roof Slope Of 8 Degrees And Covered With Thermally Welded Felt. The Facades Are Made Of A Double-Layer Wall System, Insulated With Polystyrene And Mineral Wool, Finished With Gray And White Plaster. Aluminum And Pvc Window And Door Joinery With Graphite-Colored Window Sills. Other Building Elements Such As: Sheet Metal Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes In Black. Construction Works Will Consist In Reconstruction Of Works Carried Out Inside The Building, Such As: Demolition Works, Construction Of New Door Openings In Load-Bearing And Partition Walls And Joists, Adaptation Of Parts Of The Building For The Needs Of The Fire Brigade Unit, Insulation Of The Buildings Facade, Development Of The Area And Execution Of Construction Works Necessary For The Functioning Of The Planned Object.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others: 3.1. Demolition Works;3.2. Masonry, Plastering And Painting Works;3.3. Renovation Works3.4. Replacement Of Windows And Doors;3.5. Roofing Repair;3.6. Insulation Of The Façade;3.7. Facade Works; 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Construction Design And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annexes No. 9 And 10 To The Swz. An Auxiliary Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Due To The Lump-Sum Nature Of The Remuneration, Is Included In The Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz. 5. The Order In Question, As The First Stage Of Construction Works, Does Not Include The Implementation Of Sanitary And Electrical Works. In The Next Stage, The Ordering Party Intends To Conduct A Public Procurement Procedure Covering The Sanitary And Electrical Industries. 6. The Required Minimum Quality Guarantee Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is 36 Months And Will Be Determined In Accordance With The Contractors Offer (Offer Evaluation Criterion). The Warranty Covers Liability For Defects In The Entire Subject Of The Contract.7. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With A 60-Month Warranty For The Entire Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 556 – 576 4 In Connection With Of 656 § 1 And Art. 638 Of The Civil Code. The Warranty Will Cover The Performance Of Construction Works. The Warranty Period Starts From The Date Of Receipt Of The Final Subject Of The Contract. 8. Acting Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor And Subcontractors To Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract To Perform The Following Works As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: 1. Construction Works, 2. Finishing Works. 3. Renovation Works. They Fall Within The Scope Of Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code, Which Reads: By Entering Into An Employment Relationship, The Employee Undertakes To Perform Work Of A Specific Type For The Employer And Under His Direction And At The Place And Time Designated By The Employer, And The Employer - To Employ The Employee For Remuneration.9. The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of People, The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Requirements And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.10. Additional Information: 1. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Plan The Works In Such A Way That Their Implementation Does Not Pose A Safety Risk; 2. The Ordering Party Informs That Any Indication In The Design Documentation And Other Documents Regarding The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Of A Trademark, Patent, Own Name Or Other Terms Within The Meaning Of Art. 99 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law Does Not Mean A Requirement To Use This Material Or Device (Indicated By Its Name), And Only Such Indications Specify The Quality And Technological Expectations Of The Ordering Party;3. The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Materials Other Than The Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, While Maintaining The Same Parameters And Technical And Quality Properties. Any Proper Names Given In The Descriptions Are Not Intended To Violate Art. 99 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Are Only Intended To Specify The Quality And Technological Expectations Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions Provided That They Meet The Same Technological, Performance And Functional Level Assumed In The Project. All Possible Names And Trade Brands Of Building Elements, Systems, Devices And Equipment Included In The Swz And Design Documentation Were Used To Specify The Quality And Technological Expectations Of The Ordering Party. The Ordering Party Informs That It Allows The Submission Of Offers In Which Individual Devices Or Materials Listed In The Design Documentation And Bill Of Quantities May Be Replaced With Equivalent Devices Or Materials. The Concept Of Equivalent Materials And Devices Should Be Understood As Materials Guaranteeing The Implementation Of Works In Accordance With The Design And Ensuring The Achievement Of Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Design Documentation, Technical Specification Of Execution And Acceptance, And Bill Of Quantities. Equivalent Products And Devices Must Be Authorized For Trading And Use In Accordance With Applicable Law. The Contractor Who Offers Equivalent Products And Devices Requiring A Change In Its Decisions Will Have To, As Part Of The Execution Of The Order On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Obtain The Required Decisions Using Its Own Efforts And At Its Own Expense, While Guaranteeing The Execution Of The Order Within The Time Specified In The Tor. A Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies, Services Or Construction Works Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. The Contractors Obligation To Demonstrate Product Equivalence Is An Obligation Arising From The Act, Which May Be Fulfilled In Any Way That Allows The Ordering Party To Clearly Determine The Compliance Of The Products Offered In The Offer With The Requirements Specified In The Swz, Which Should Be Demonstrated At The Stage Of Submitting Offers Containing Equivalent Products;4. In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Allows Offering A Product Or Service Equivalent To Those Described In The Subject Of The Contract By Indicating A Trademark, Patent, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes The Product Or Service Provided By A Specific Contractor;5. In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 4 The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In Terms Of Reference To Standards, Technical Assessments And Technical Specifications;6. The Contractor, On His Own And At His Own Expense: A) Will Prepare Complete As-Built Documentation In Three Copies And Prepare All Documents Necessary To Report The Commencement Of Construction Works/Construction, Report The Completion Of Construction Works/Construction, Report The Completion Of Works/Construction And Obtain The Right To Use Construction Works In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law, If Required; B) Will Perform All Measurements, Tests, Calculations And Expert Opinions Needed For The Proper Execution Of The Subject Of The Order.
