The Subject Of This Order Is The Completion Of Conservation Works And The Performance Of Construction, Installation And Finishing Works As Part Of The Task Renovation Of The Tower In Building No. The Order Covers The Following Works Necessary To Complete The Investment: A. Carrying Out Works Related To The Construction Of Sanitary Installations In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Updated Detailed Designs. B. Execution Of Works Related To The Construction Of Electrical Installations, Including Low-Current Installations, In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Updated Detailed Designs. C. Completion Of Conservation Works That Were Not Performed In The First Stage Of Works. D. Carrying Out Finishing Works In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Updated Detailed Designs. E. Implementation Of Additional Protection Of The Railing On The Terrace To The Extent Described In The Documentation And Opzf. Obtaining A Permit To Use The Facility2. The Ordering Party Has Documentation Including: A.) Conservation Permit B.) Construction Permit C.) Construction Design D.) Updated Executive Design (Including Technical Specifications) E.) Updated Bill Of Quantities With A List Of Materials 3. Studies Listed Above In Points A .) To C.) Cover The Entire Scope Of The Planned Investment, While The Subject Of This Order Is The Performance Of Only Part Of The Works Indicated There.4. In Order To Perform The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform Accompanying Works, Which Should Be Included In The General Construction Costs. 5. Moreover, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Perform The Activities Described Below, Which Should Be Included In The General Construction Costs: A. Prepare As-Built Documentation: Conservation, General Construction, Surveying And Industry Documentation (Including Descriptive Graphic And Photographic Parts). Documentation Should Be Provided In Analog (Paper) Form In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, And Regardless Of This, All Studies Should Be Provided In An Editable Form, Drawings In Dwg Format, And Descriptions In Doc.B Format. Before Applying The Plasters, Photographic Documentation Of All Partitions (Walls, Ceilings, Floors) Should Be Made, Which Will Show All Concealed Installations. C. Obtain All Necessary Permits And Bear The Related Costs Necessary For The Proper Conduct And Execution Of The Works (Including Fees For Land Occupation, Transport Of Vehicles To Perform The Works And Others). D. Prepare A Work Organization Project.
