The Contractor Must Have A Start-Up Meeting With The Client In Connection With The Start Of The Project, And At Least One Status Meeting With The Client Halfway Through The Project. The Contractor Must Then Deliver A Note For Discussion In The Project Group No Later Than 30 January 2024. The Note Must Contain A Summary, And Provide A Basis For Discussions In The Project Group In The New Year And Assessment Of The Need For Further Investigation. The Contractor May Be Asked To Present The Results Orally To The Principal After The Assignment In The New Year.
