The Subject Of The Order Includes, Among Others, The Following Construction Works: A) Insulation Of External Walls And Waterproofing Of Foundation Walls, B) Insulation Of External Columns And Wall Partitions, C) Insulation Of The Flat Roof, D) Replacement Of External Door Joinery, E) Replacement Of External Window Joinery, F) Installation Of External Window Sills, G) Replacement Of Sheet Metal Flashings And Ventilation Grilles, H) Installation Of New External Window Sills, I) Painting Of The Facade, J) Replacement Of The Lightning Protection System, K) Construction Of A Ramp For Disabled People. Attention! The Design Documentation Indicated In Point 2.1 Also Includes The Implementation Of A Photovoltaic Installation, Which Is Not Covered By This Order And Will Not Be Constructed As Part Of This Order. These Works Were Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Scope Of Work And The Requirements Regarding The Execution And Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In: 2.1) Design Documentation Under The Name Technical Design For The Renovation And Insulation Of The Kindergarten Building No. 289 At Ul. Twarda 60A In Warsaw, Developed By The Design Office Mm Secure Design Maciej Maciąga, Ul. Rembielińska 20 Lok. 403, 03-352 Warszawa - Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. The Design Documentation Includes The Following Documents: A) Construction Design For Thermal Modernization Of A Building In The Construction And Electrical Industries. B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. C) Bill Of Quantities For Works In The Construction And Electrical Industries For Information Purposes. D) Information On Safety And Health Protection Requirements. 2.2) Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Contract Template - Constituting Annex No. 6 To Swz.3. In The Proceedings In Question, The Ordering Party Applies The Social Clause Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Ordering Party Requires That The Persons Implementing The Subject Of The Order And Performing Activities Related To Construction Works Are Employed By The Contractor Or Subcontractor, On The Basis Of An Employment Relationship, In Accordance With The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1465). ). Detailed Requirements Regarding The Method Of Documenting And Verifying The Employment Of These People As Well As The Ordering Partys Rights To Control This Employment And Sanctions For Failure To Meet These Requirements Are Included In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.4. Information On The Division/Lack Of Division Of The Contract Into Parts. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide This Contract Into Parts, As Such A Division Would Pose The Risk Of Excessive Technical Difficulties And Excessive Costs Of Contract Execution, As The Works Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Are Interconnected, Most Of Them Should Be Performed Directly One After The Other In The Regime Technological. The Organization Of Works Must Take Into Account The Specificity Of The Facility And The Resulting Limitations And Must Not Disrupt The Work Of The Kindergarten.5. Pursuant To § 3 Section 2 Of The Contract Template, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy In Respect Of His Business Activity With An Insured Amount Of Not Less Than Pln 1,000,000.00 (In Words: One Million Zlotys 00/100), Throughout The Duration Of The Contract, Which Will Cover His Contractual Liability As Well As Tort Law. 6. The Ordering Party Informs That It Intends To Allocate The Gross Amount Of Pln 1,206,903.52 To Finance The Awarded Order.7. Guarantee And Warranty: The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Order For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months. The Contractor May Propose Extending The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Matter Of The Order To 60 Months. The Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers - See Chapter Xiv Of The Tor. The Warranty Period Is 60 Months - § 11 Section 3 Of The Contract Template.8. The Ordering Party Does Not Require An On-Site Visit.9. The Ordering Party Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding Orders Pursuant To Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law10.
