The Subject Of The Order Is The Protection Of The Multimedia Fountain Park On The Square Of The 1St Armored Division Of The Polish Army In Warsaw In The Period From January 1 To December 31, 2024.1. General Information 1.1 The Contractor Will Provide Security Of The Facility By One Employee 24 Hours A Day (24 Hours A Day), On All Days Of The Validity Of The Contract. 1.2 The Contractor Will Provide Additional Security Of The Facility By One Employee From 2:00 P.M. To 10:30 P.M. (8.5 Hours) During May 1, 2 And From From May 3, 2024 To July 28, 2024 Every Friday, Saturday And Sunday Except June 22, 2024. 1.3 The Contractor Will Provide Additional Security Of The Facility By One Employee From 2:00 P.M. To 10:00 P.M. (8 Hours) During The Period From August 2 To August 31, 2024 Every Friday, Saturday And Sunday.1.4 The Contractor Will Provide Additional Security Of The Facility By One Employee From 2:00 P.M. To 9:30 P.M. (7.5 Hours) In The Period From September 1 To September 29, 2024. Every Friday, Saturday And Sunday.1.5 The Contractor Will Provide On May 1 And 2 And From May 3 To September 28, 2024, Except For June 22, 2024, Every Friday And Saturday - 18 People For 2 Hours (Including 1 Hour Before The Show, ½ Hour, During The Show, ½ Hour After The Show). The Total Number Of Expected Security Hours Is 10,953.5 Hours. 2. Requirements Of The Ordering Party Regarding The Provision Of Security Services For The Multimedia Fountain Park On The Square. 1St Armored Division In Warsaw: 2.1. Enforcing Persons Using The Square Of The First Armored Division In Warsaw To Comply With The Provisions Of The Regulations Introduced By Resolution No. Xxi/406/2011 Of The Council Of The Capital City Of Warsaw Of August 25, 2011 On The Introduction Of Regulations For The Use Of The Square Of The First Armored Division In Warsaw And Immediately Adjacent Properties. 2.2. Enforcing The Compliance Of Persons Using The First Armored Division Square In Warsaw With The Provisions Of The Regulations For Shows In The Multimedia Fountain Park Introduced Annually By The Ordering Party.2.3. Protection Of Devices And Installations In The Facility. 2.4. Systematic, Constant Patrolling Of The Facility And Checking The Security Status Of The Protected Property (Especially Night Shift).2.5. Intervening In The Event Of Disturbances Of Order And Threats To Protected Property, As Well As In Each Case Of Detecting An Attempt To Commit Any Crime Or Offense That May Threaten The Safety Of The Protected Property.2.6. Cooperation With The Police And City Guard Carrying Out Tasks In This Area, In Order To More Effectively Secure The Protected Property And Calling The Police Or Municipal Services In Situations That Exceed Ones Own Ability To Effectively Intervene.2.7. Calling Additional Reinforcements - Intervention Patrol In The Event Of Inability To Execute The Contract By The Facilitys Security Staff.2.8. Providing Protection For The Ordering Partys Employees While Performing Official Duties On The Premises.2.9. Checking The Facility By Individual Shifts Of Security Staff To Protect The Facility Against Burglary To Its Technical Rooms.2.10. Preventing Damage To The Protected Facility And Devices In The Event Of A Threat Of Natural Disasters (E.G. Winds, Storms And Other Atmospheric Phenomena Day And Night) And Counteracting Fire Threats.2.11. Carrying Out The Ordering Partys Instructions Related To Maintaining Order And Security.2.12. Notifying Relevant Services By Telephone Or In Person About Significant Threats To The Facility (Fire Brigade, City Guard, Police) And Notifying The Ordering Party.2.13. Calling The Police To Intervene Against Persons Posing A Threat To Property Located In The Facility Or Disturbing Order And Security, As Well As In The Event Of A Burglary Into The Facility Being Detected Or Suspected, Under The Threat Of Civil Liability Towards The Injured Party.2.14. Operation Of A Local Video Monitoring Network Consisting Of Four Cameras And A Control And Recording System.2.15. The Area Administratively Subordinated To The Ordering Party, Where The Contractor Will Perform The Said Service Of Protecting The Multimedia Fountain Park, Is Specified In Annex No. 11 To The Swz, Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Contract.2.16. The List Of Rooms And Equipment Subject To Special Protection Is Attached As Annex 2 To The Contract.2.17. The Contractor Will Keep A Book Of Reports, Recording The Date, Time And Scope Of Events Relating To The Subject Of Protection. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Inspect The Report Book In Question At Any Time, And Also Has The Right To Inspect Security Staff With The Participation Of An Authorized Employee Of The Contractor.
