1. The Subject Of The Order Is To Catch Homeless Animals From The Brzesko Commune And Provide Them With Care In 2024. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Maintenance Of Animals (Dogs, Cats) In A Shelter (Including Food, Treatment, Veterinary Care ).2) Providing Animals With Proper Living And Sanitary Conditions By: - Constant Access To Drinking Water, - Providing A Sufficient Amount Of Food, - Keeping Animals In Rooms Allowing Free Movement Of Animals, - Separating Rooms For Aggressive And Sick Animals, - Medical Care In The Field : Health Checks, Prevention And Treatment, Combating Internal And External Parasites, Vaccinations Against Rabies, 3) 24-Hour Readiness To Perform The Subject Of The Order After Receiving A Notification From The Ordering Party Or The Police - The Ordering Partys Employee, The Police Reports The Need To Catch The Animal By Phone. The Required Maximum Reaction Time Of The Contractor To Catching An Animal From The Moment Of Notification By The Ordering Party Is 180 Minutes.4) Catching, Transporting And Delivering Animals (Dogs, Cats Or Farm Animals) To A Shelter Or Farm.5) Catching Free-Living Cats, Transporting Them To The Place Of Execution Sterilization Or Castration Procedure And Taking Them Back To The Place Where They Were Caught.6) Sterilization Or Castration (Of Dogs, Cats) Delivered To The Shelter And Those With An Owner.7) Sterilization Or Castration Of Animals With An Owner, Up To 30 Cats And Up To 20 Dogs . Under The Contract, The Contractor Will Carry Out Sterilization And Castration Procedures For 50% Of The Price, And The Remaining 50% Will Be Borne By The Animal Owner.8) Providing 24-Hour Veterinary Care In The Event Of Road Accidents Involving Animals.9) Putting Down Blind Litters.10) Euthanizing Animals With No Hope Of Recovery. And Disposal Of Their Carcasses.11) Providing Free-Living Cats With 24-Hour Veterinary Care.12) Marking Homeless Animals Staying In Animal Shelters With An Identification Number By Microchipping.13) Carrying Out Actions Promoting Proper Maintenance At Least Once During The Term Of The Contract (During The School Year). And Adoption Of Homeless Animals (In The Form Of Talks, Presentations Or Videos About Shelter Activities And Animal Care, Etc.) In Schools In Accordance With The Annex To The Contract (If It Is Impossible To Conduct The Action Directly In Schools, The Educational Action Can Be Carried Out Via Online Broadcast Or Using Similar Communication Tools). The Contractor Should Have A Shelter With Appropriate Human And Technical Resources And Use Equipment And Means Of Transport Adapted To Transport Animals, Approved By The Appropriate District Veterinary Inspectorate. The Contractor Should Be Guided By The Principles Of Humanity, Catching Should Be Done In A Gentle Manner, In Use Specialized Equipment When Necessary.
