The Main Objective Of This Public Proposal Is The Purchase Of Support For The Food And Nutrition Subdepartment, Which Aims To Cover The Basic Needs Of Hospitalization To Achieve The Recovery Of Users. Given This, The Role Of Nutrition Is Essential To Promote Optimal Recovery, Reducing: Nutritional Deficit, Prevalence Of Infections Associated With Health Care, Stay And Associated Hospital Costs. For Which, Professional Resources And The Support Of A Food Assistant Are Required To Support The Production And Distribution Areas Of Food, Both For Hospitalized Patients And Hospital Staff, Covering The Activities For The Casino Officials. For This Last Requirement, It Is Necessary To Cover Services Intended For: Portioning, Distribution, Preparation Of Nutritional Supplements, Hygiene And Sanitization Of Utensils, Among Other Services To Be Performed In Hospital Facilities, As Detailed In The Administrative Bases, And Technical Bases, And According To Quantities Defined In Annex No. 1.
