The Forecast Demand Is Distributed As Follows Across The Armor Systems And Per Work Package: Work Package 1: Consists Of Processing Using The Spongejet Process And The Subsequent Co2 Dry Ice Cleaning. Work Package 2: Consists Of The 2Nd Co2 Dry Ice Cleaning Immediately Before The Final Painting. Work Package 3: Consists Of The Processing Using The Spongejet Process And The Subsequent Co2 Dry Ice Cleaning With Billing According To Effort Based On An Hourly Billing Rate. Work Package 4: Consists Of The Second Co2 Dry Ice Cleaning Immediately Before The Final Painting With Billing According To Effort Based On An Hourly Billing Rate. The Work Packages Must Be Commissioned Separately And Will Be Paid For Separately. In Exceptional Cases, The Bundeswehr Quality Inspection Service May Only Require Partial Surface Treatment. This Partial Surface Treatment Must Be Invoiced By The Contractor Based On The Agreed Hourly Billing Rate According To Effort. The Expenditure Must Be Reported By The Contractor Before Work Begins On The Measure And Approved By The Clients Authorized Representative. This Results In The Following Work Packages:The Following Forecast Quantities And Hours Per Year Result For The Respective Work Packages:Work Package 1: 24 Service Unitswork Package 2: 47 Service Unitswork Package 3: 130 Hourswork Package 4 Is Again Divided Into The Following Hours And Quantities Per Year: Dry Ice Cleaning According To Effort : 8 Hours Dry Ice Cleaning Tow Ropes: 47 Power Units Dry Ice Cleaning Hoist Winch Ropes Bpz 2: 7 Power Units Dry Ice Cleaning Hoist Winch Ropes Bpz 3: 3 Power Units Dry Ice Cleaning Main Winch Ropes: 13 Power Units The Vehicles Are Partially Dismantled By The Client On The Transport Trolley (Mafi), I.E. Without Running Gear (Chain, Rollers, Chain Covers, Swing Arms And Other Various Assemblies), Engine And Clearing Blade Are Provided For Surface Pre-Treatment. The Systems Engine Compartment Cover And Boom Arm Are Removed From The Vehicle In Advance And Are Provided Separately For Surface Preparation. The Effort For Surface Pre-Treatment Of The Engine Compartment Cover And The Boom Arm Is Covered By The Flat Rate Fee For The Respective Entire System. The Screw Holes On The Vehicle Of The Above-Mentioned Vehicle Types (Around 40 Holes Per System) Are Already Closed Or Protected By The System Repair Team During Dismantling Using Suitable Tools. Note: The Layer Thickness Of The Primer/Paint To Be Removed Is Between 1 Mm And 1.5 Mm.If The Number Of Systems Described Has Not Been Completely Processed By December 31, 2026, The Contractor Undertakes, If The Client Commissions Him To Do So By October 31, 2026, To Provide The Service For The Outstanding Quantity. The Contract Term Is Extended Accordingly Until All Remaining Systems Have Been Processed, But No Later Than December 31, 2027, Depending On Which Case Comes First. The Client Has No Obligation To Trigger The Option, Even If Systems Could Still Be Processed.
