The Assignments Include Streets, Municipal Engineering, Parks In The Helsinki Area, Street And Municipal Technical Construction Works Of Sports Areas And Pre-Construction Sites Supervision Duties, Supervision Duties Of Green Construction Works Of Street Projects And Safety Coordinator Missions. The Tasks Included In The Assignments And Their Scope Are Defined In Detail By Project. Pre-Construction Refers To Making Plots Owned By The City Fit For Construction Laying With Foundation Construction (E.G. Construction Of Pile Slabs, Stabilization Or By Mass Exchange), By Rehabilitating Contaminated Soil Or By Municipal Engineering With Wire Transfers. A More Detailed Description Of The Tasks Covered By The Framework Arrangement Is Presented In The Service Description (Appendix 1) Attached To The Request For Tenders And The Request For Tenders In Other Attachments. Four (4) Suppliers Are Selected For The Framework Arrangement For Sub-Area 1. If Bidders Meeting The Minimum Requirements And Acceptable Bids Have Been Received Less Than The Amounts Of Contract Suppliers Presented Above, Contracts Are Also Made Correspondingly Less. Assignments Are Primarily Ordered On An Overall Financial Basis Based On The Percentage Distribution According To Affordability. Division Of Tasks During The Contract Period Assignments Are Allocated Among The Selected Consultants Below On The Basis Of The Percentage Distribution In Accordance With Overall Economic Affordability: Place 1: 40 - 25% Place 2: 30 - 15% Place 3: 25 - 10% Place 4: 15 - 0% Percentage Describes The Distribution Of Orders In Euros, Not The Distribution Of The Number Of Orders. Sub-Area Estimated Value Without Value Added Tax During The Entire Contract Period (Including Any Option Periods) Is 10,000,000 Euros And The Maximum Value Without Value Added Tax Is 10,000,000 Euros.
