1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Documentation For The Construction Design For The Demolition Of A Residential Building, A Garage And The Fence Around The Property At Ul. Ciesielska 11 In Suwałki. 2. Design Documentation Should Include: 1) Development Of A Design For The Demolition Of The Building At Ul. Ciesielskiej 11, 2) Development Of A Technical Design, 3) Preparation Of A Cost Estimate Along With A Bill Of Quantities For Construction Works And 4) Development Of A Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, 5) In Addition, As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Obtain A Final Decision On The Demolition Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. 3. The Scope Of Demolition Works Should Include In Particular: 1) Securing The Demolition Site (Fencing And Marking Against Impending Danger); 2) Dismantling Power, Water And Sewage Devices And Cables; 3) Dismantling Doors And Windows; 4) Dismantling Roofing And Sheet Metal Work ;5) Demolition Of Brick Chimneys;6) Demolition Of Roof Trusses And Supporting Columns;7) Demolition Of Partition Walls;8) Demolition Of Wooden Walls (Residential Building);9) Demolition Of External Walls;10) Demolition Of Foundations And Underpinnings;11) Demolition Of Fences; 12) Waste Segregation, Transport, Disposal.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz And Annex No. 9 To The Swz Contract Template.5. Carrying Out The Works Mentioned In Section 1 Will Be Consistent With Design Standards And The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations In This Regard, In Accordance With Standards And In Consultation With The Ordering Party.6. Design Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Legal Provisions, In Particular: 1) Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And The Functional Program Utility (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 2454).
