The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase Of One Set Of Licenses For: Software For Creating And Editing Photo-Audio-Video Materials, Software For Creating And Editing Documents In Pdf Format, Software For Creating And Editing Traditional And Digital Books And Brochures, For The University Of Opole .2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered To The Ordering Party At The Contractors Risk And Within The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Due To The Contractor.4. The Ordering Party Also Allows The Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract Using Electronic Means Available On The Contractors Side, Provided That The Ordering Party Will Have Electronic Means Enabling Their Receipt.5. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order In Terms Of Software: 5.1. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Contract Free From Physical And Legal Defects.5.2. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Contract Brand New (Never Registered Or Activated Before).5.3. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Contract Along With Appropriate Certificates Of Legality, In The Form Used By The Manufacturer.5.4. The Subject Of The Contract Cannot Be A Demo, Trial Or Freeware Version.
