Provision Of Santa Transport Services For 2024. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Provision Of Road Sanitary Transport Services By The Contractor For The Health Care Complex In Oświęcim In The Field Of 24-Hour Sanitary Transport. 2. The Transport Of People For The Zoz In Oświęcim Must Meet The Requirements Of The National Health Fund And Include In Particular The Transport Of The Ordering Partys Patients: Between Branches Due To Their Location In Different Buildings, To Other Medical Entities, Transporting Patients For Consultations, Diagnostic Tests And/Or Taking Patients Home And Bringing The Patient To (Carrying In) The Patient By The Contractor, Transport Of Blood And Material For Diagnostic Tests To Other Facilities. The Number Of Courses Depends On The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party Indicated In The Ordering Partys Order. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Requirements For Its Implementation Are Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz.
