1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of The Task Titled: Expansion Of The Cat House At The Shelter For Homeless Animals At Ul. Przybyszewskiego 3 In Toruń. 2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular The Following Scope Of Work: 1) Reconstruction Of Rooms On The First Floor: Demolition Works, Construction Of Partition Walls, Construction Of New Pvc And Stoneware Floors, Replenishment Of Plasters And Filling Of Walls And Ceilings Along With Painting, Painting Of Wall Paneling, Cladding Ceramic In Sanitary Facilities And Treatment Rooms, Installation Of New Windows And Doors, Dismantling Of Windows And Doors, Water And Sewage Installations, Central Heating. And Electrical Installation Of Led Lighting, Plug Sockets And Telecommunications, 2) Replacement Of Windows On The Ground Floor, 3) Replacement Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations And Installation Of Gravity Ventilation In The Rooms On The Ground Floor. 3. The Contractor Will Complete The Subject Of The Order To The Extent And In The Manner Specified In The Design Documentation (Architectural And Construction Design, Technical Design, Annex To The Architectural And Construction Design) And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Studies Prepared By Piotr Bielecki, Running A Business Under The Name : X-Bud Piotr Bielecki; Components Of The Design Documentation And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works Listed In Annex No. 1 To The Contract) And In Accordance With Applicable Law, Standards, Construction Practice, Based On The Inspection Of The Construction Site And In Accordance With The Available By The Ordering Party With Administrative Decisions. The Contractor Will Perform The Work Taking Into Account The Standards Regarding The Protection, Shaping And Maintenance Of Green Areas, Included In Annex No. 1 Entitled Protection Of Trees In The Investment Process To The Environmental Protection Program For The City Of Toruń For 2021-2024, Taking Into Account The Perspective Until 2028, Constituting An Annex To Resolution No. 699/2021 Of The Toruń City Council Of September 9, 2021 On The Adoption Of Environmental Protection Program For The City Of Toruń For 2021-2024, Taking Into Account The Perspective Until 2028. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation And The Contract Template Constituting Annexes To The Swz. 5. Equivalent Solutions1) Wherever The Subject Of The Order Is Described By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Specific Process Or Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows The Contractor To Offer Materials Or Solutions Equivalent To Those Described In The Documentation, Provided That They Do Not Lower The Standards Specified In The Documentation, Have The Required Appropriate Approvals, Certificates Or Approvals And Ensure The Execution Of The Order In Accordance With The Expectations And Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Tor. Indicating Exemplary Trademarks Of Patents Or Origin, Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems In The Technical Documentation Is Intended To Clarify The Ordering Partys Expectations In Relation To The Subject Of The Order And Constitutes Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. In Such A Situation, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Submitting Appropriate Documents Confirming The Use Of Equivalent Solutions. If The Contractor Does Not Submit Documents Regarding The Use Of Other Equivalent Materials Or Devices Or Solutions In The Offer, It Is Understood That The Materials And Devices Proposed In The Technical Documentation Were Included In The Calculation Of The Offer Price And Execution Of The Subject Of The Order; Therefore, The Contractor Is Obliged To Use Materials Or Devices Or Solutions Proposed In The Technical Documentation To Perform The Order. 2) If The Contractor Proposes Equivalent Solutions, Including Materials, Devices And Other Elements, He Is Obliged To Prepare And Attach To The Offer A List Of All Proposed Equivalent Solutions (E.G. Materials, Devices And Other Equivalent Elements) And Demonstrate Their Equivalence In Relation To Solutions (E.G. Material, Device And Other Element) Described In The Technical Documentation, Indicating The Name, Page And Item In The Technical Documentation To Which It Applies. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solution He Offers Meets The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. In Such A Case, The Contractor Attaches To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. The Description Must Be Detailed Enough So That The Ordering Party, When Assessing The Offers, Can Assess The Fulfillment Of The Requirements Regarding Their Functional Properties, Quality And Parameters And Decide Whether The Proposed Solutions Are Equivalent. This Means That The Contractor Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Solutions He Offers (E.G. Materials, Devices And Other Elements) Are Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party. All Trademarks, Patents Or Certificates Of Origin, Source Or Specific Process, As Well As Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Indicated In The Technical Documentation Should Be Treated Only As Examples And The Ordering Party Allows The Use Of Equivalent Materials And Devices, I.E. Functional Parameters Not Worse Than Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. All Parameters And Technical Requirements Of Sample Materials And Devices Provided For In The Tender Documentation Are Minimum Parameters Unless The Provision States Otherwise.3) For All Trademarks, Patents Or Certificates Of Origin, Source Or Specific Process As Well As Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Specifications Technical And Technical Reference Systems Indicated In The Design Documentation, The Words Or Equivalent Are Added. 4) The Equivalence Criteria Are Indicated In The Annex To The Swz.
