The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Radiopharmaceuticals And Scintigraphy Kits (Domestic) For Uck In The Assortment, Estimated Quantity And Limit Requirements Specified In Annex 3 To The Swz. 2. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Term Partial Offer Means Individual Packages Indicated In Annex 3 To The Swz. The Contractor May Submit An Offer For Any Number Of Packages. 3. The Ordered Assortment Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Annex 3 To The Swz. Failure To Meet At Least One Of The Requirements Specified In Annex 3 To The Swz Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer. 4. The Contractor Undertakes To Transport The Subject Of The Order In A Manner Consistent With The Provisions Of The Act Of November 29, 2000, Atomic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1173, As Amended).
