Regarding The Pre-Qualification For The Tender Of A Project (Maintenance Of Tank 205 At Tobruk Terminal) To The Following Field Of Works (Civil Mechanical Electrical Painting And Corrosion Protection- Required Tests( The Implementation Of The Project Will Be According To Brega Company And International Applicable Standards. For All Local And Foreign Companies That Specialized In This Field And Have Possessing Relevant Experience With Technical And Financial Capabilities Are Invited To Express Their Interest In Participation To Execute This Project By Submitting Their Files For The Pre-Qualification According To The Following Documents: 1- Provide Letter Expressing Of Interest To Participate In The Pre-Qualification Submit To (Pre-Qualification And Registration Committee) 2- Legal File (Include The Articles Of Association Or Its Equivalent For Companies Not Registered In Libya - Articles Of Incorporation - Valid Business License - Valid Commercial Registration- Valid Tax Certificate). 3- Financial File (Presenting The Budget And Financial Statements For The Last Three Years Approved By A Legal Auditor). 4- Technical File (Include Certificates Of Completing Of Similar Previous Projects And Any Other Executed Projects - List Of The Technical Staff - List Of Equipment And Mechanisms - Valid Quality Management Certificates - Valid Health And Environmental Safety Certificates). 5- Registration Letter Of N.O.C For Foreign Companies (If Any). 6- Full Address Of The Company Headquarters And Its Branches, Telephone, Fax Numbers, Email, And Website Address. 7- Provide All Above-Mentioned Documents In A Hardcopy And A Softcopy. 8- Appoint A Representative Of The Company And Attach A Valid Proof Of Identity. 9- The Files Can Be Submitted By Several Contractors In Solidarity With Each Other, Considering The Following Controls: A) Solidarity Must Be Carried Out According To An Agreement Concluded Between The Solidarity Parties And Ratified By The Competent Authorities Represented By Notary Inside Libya And Ratified By Embassies And Consulates Outside Libya In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Legislation In Force. B) The Solidarity Agreement Should Include The Obligation Of The Solidarity Members, Collectively And Individually, To Carry Out All The Required Works And Services) C) The Agreement Should Clarify The Legal Representative Of The Solidarity Parties In Front Of The Company To Complete The Contracting Procedures.
