Supply Of Tools And Tools Of Different Types, Structured In 7 (Seven) Batches, According To The Following: Lot 1: Chainsaw 35 Pcs., Telescopic Chainsaw 34 Pcs., Motor Blower 35 Pcs., Chainsaw 70 Pcs., Joint Cutter 9 Pcs. Lot 2: Signal Trailer – 36 Pcs. Lot 3: Concrete Vibrator – 16 Pcs., Starting Robot + Battery Charger – 15 Pcs., Rotary Hammer Drill 23 Pcs., Pneumatic Impact Screw Driver With Batteries 7 Pcs. Lot 4: Pressure Washer - 7 Pcs., Vibrating Plate 18 Pcs., Motor Compressor With Picamer 7 Pcs. Lot 5: Concrete Mixer – 16 Pcs., Generator Set + Welding Device 12 Pcs., Installation Primed With Emulsion – 12 Pcs. Lot 6: Bituminous Mastic Melting Machine 6 Pcs. Lot 7: Water And Mud Motor Pump - 10 Pcs. The Technical Characteristics Requested By The Contracting Authority For Each Type Of Tools/Tools Are Listed In The Specifications Related To The Respective Lot. For Each Individual Lot, The Duration Of The Contract Will Be 4 Months. For Each Individual Batch, The Delivery Term Will Be A Maximum Of 3 Months From The Receipt Of The Order. The Object Of The Modifications: Modifications Of The Delivery Time; Modifications Generated By Central/Local Authorities, Required By Various Notices/Agreements/Authorizations; Changes Generated By The Inclusion Of New Subcontractors And/Or The Replacement Of The Initial Subcontractors; Any Other Causes That Cannot Be Foreseen; The Reason For The Changes: Various Requirements Of The Contracting Authority If Necessary; The Extension Of The Product Supply Period; Possible Deliveries Of Products That Do Not Meet The Specifications And Quality Requirements Provided In The Award Documentation; Causes That Cannot Be Foreseen; A) Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers/Candidates: 20 Days. B) In Accordance With The Obligation Stipulated In Art. 160 Paragraph 2 Of Law 98/2016, Amended And Supplemented, The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Concretely To All Requests For Clarifications On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers. Any Request For Clarification Sent After The Date Mentioned In Point A) Will Make It Impossible For The Contracting Authority To Provide An Answer Within The Term Mentioned In Point B) And As A Result Any Request For Clarification Within The Mentioned Terms Will Be Considered Late.
