The Object Of The Procurement Is The Fundamental Improvement Of The Heating Method Of The Jukola School And Daycare Center In The City Of Riihimäki In Accordance With This Request For Tenders And The Attached Documents. The Contract Includes The Conversion Of The Heating System From Oil Heating To A Geothermal System. In Addition, In Connection With The Project, A Cooling System For The Ventilation Supply Air For The Iv Machines In The Kindergarten And The Kitchen Will Be Built In Accordance With The Plans. The Project Includes Geothermal And Cooling Systems And The Equipment They Require And Their Controls. Everything Must Be Connected To The Control Of The Propertys Building Automation System Via A Bus, But Also Function As Its Own Unit If Necessary. The Construction Work Is Planned To Start In November 2023 And The Construction Work Is Estimated To Last Until September 2024.
