The Schedule Should Be Divided Into Stages. 2) The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Consisting Of Plans, Drawings, Bills Of Quantities Or Other Documents Enabling A Clear Determination Of The Type And Scope Of Basic Construction Works As Well As The Conditions And Exact Location Of Their Implementation, Bill Of Quantities And Designs, Permits, Arrangements And Opinions Required By Separate Regulations. . 3) The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit For Approval Within 14 Days Of Signing The Contract With The Ordering Party A Material And Financial Schedule Specifying The Dates Of Completion Of Individual Stages Of Work. 4) In The Event Of Any Comments Indicated By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Undertakes To Include Them In The Design Documentation And Work Schedule And Submit Them Again To The Ordering Party, Pending Written Approval.
