The Subject Of The Order Is Renovation Of The Sewage Pumping Station In Łyszkowice, In Accordance With The Attached Design Documentation. Scope Of Work: Sewage Pumping Station Located Approximately 100 M From The Sewage Treatment Plant In Łyszkowice, Fenced, Entrance Gate And Paved Access. The Pumping Station Is Powered By A Modernized Power Connection, Equipped With A New Switchboard, A Crane For Pulling Out The Pumps. The Flooded Part Of The Pumping Station Is Equipped With Two Pumps Mounted On Guides. The Reinforced Concrete Tank Was In Good Condition At The Time Of Inspection. Before Work Begins, The Facility Requires Additional Cleaning And Airing Work. When Carrying Out Work Inside, Employees Should Be Protected Against The Inflow Of Sewage And Ventilation Should Be Ensured At A Level Of At Least 10 Times The Air Exchange Rate Inside The Reinforced Concrete Tank. The Pump Guides And Process Pipelines In The Tank Should Be Replaced. Wet. The Material Used For Guides And Pipelines Is Seamless Pipes For Pressure Use And Seamless Pipes For Mechanical And General Technical Applications In A Grade Not Worse Than 1.4404/Aisi316l Or 1..4571/Aisi316ti. The Chamber Should Be Covered With Laminate, Equipped With Organic Glass Windows To Control The Current Operation Of The Pumping Station, And A System Of Telescopic Actuators Ensuring Easy Opening Of The Laminate Cover. The Diameter Of The Pumping Station Is 3 M. The Guides Are To Be Installed With Chemical Anchors To Reinforced Concrete, And The Installation Places Are To Be Protected Against Corrosion Caused By The Chemical Aggressiveness Of Sewage And Vapors. Places Should Be Provided In The Cover And Ventilation Chimneys Should Be Installed. In The Dry Part Of The Pumping Station, The Barrier Fittings And Pipelines Should Be Replaced (Material As Above) - Barrier Fittings (Installation Is Possible And Recommended In The Range: From Horizontal To Vertical Position. The Gate Valve Should Not Be Installed With The Cap Down. When Installing The Gate Valve, The Knife Must Be Sealed By Tightening The Gland Screws}. The Material Of The Cutter Is Similar To That Of Pipelines, Nbr Seal. Places Of Pipe Passages Between Chambers Should Be Mechanically Sealed With The Urs Pipe Wall Seal, Selecting Them According To The Aggressiveness Of The Medium. Places Of Penetrations And Seal Installations Should Be Protected Against The Corrosiveness Of Sewage And The Prevailing Conditions In The Facility. Restore The Work Sites To Their Original Condition, Tidy Them Up And Dispose Of The Remains After The Renovation.
