The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Providing Rooms For Keeping Homeless Animals In Appropriate Conditions: A) With Protection Against The Negative Impact Of Atmospheric Factors, I.E. Rain, Snow, Sun, Wind; B) With Appropriate Lighting; C) Separation Of Aggressive Animals From Animals That Do Not Display Such A Feature; D) A Maximum Of Two Individuals Of The Opposite Sex Can Be Placed In One Room In The Case Of Large Animals, And Up To Four In The Case Of Small Animals; E) The Room Should Include Brick Kennels And An Enclosure For Animals; 2) Ensure That So That Animals From The Area Of The City Of Zdu ska Wola Are Placed In Boxes With Animals With Similar Character Traits, Which Will Eliminate Bites; 3) Provide Food For Homeless Animals By Providing Them With A Daily Portion Of Drinking Water And Food Intended For Animals That Will Meet Their Nutritional Needs For A Given Animal, In Accordance With The Rules In Force In This Matter; 4) Providing Veterinary Care To Homeless Animals By Taking All Necessary Actions At All Times To Protect Them Against Threats To Their Life And Health, Care And Medical Treatments, Including Castration, Sterilization And Euthanasia Of Blind Litters Performed By A Veterinarian;5) Keeping Records Of Homeless Animals (Residence Book) Containing: A) A Description Of Its Appearance (E.G.; Breed, Gender, Size, Color), B) Date Of Its Admission, C) History Of Its Stay (E.G. Treatments, Vaccinations, Places Of Adoption, Deaths, Etc.); 6) Keeping Photographic Documentation Of Homeless Animals And Forwarding It At Any Request Of The Employee Authorized By The Ordering Party;7) Keeping A Register With The Numbers Of Boxes And Chip Numbers Of Animals Inside In Order To Ensure Quick Identification;8) Providing Veterinary Care In Cases Specified By The Ordering Party, Which Includes: A) Carrying Out A 15-Day Quarantine Of A Given Animal; B) Administering Pharmaceuticals To Remove Internal And External Parasites;C) Administering Pharmaceuticals In The Form Of Preventive Vaccines In Accordance With The Veterinarians Instructions For A Given Animal;D) Vaccination Against Rabies - Immediately After Quarantine; E) If The Animal Does Not Have A Chip Animal, Permanent Marking, By Implanting An Electronic Microchip Under The Animals Skin By A Veterinarian Immediately After Admission To The Hotel/Shelter; F) Castration Of An Adult, If There Are No Contraindications By A Veterinarian;9) Searching For And Recruiting People Willing To Take Care Of Homeless Animals (Should Be Assess The Predispositions Of People Willing To Adopt, Provide Adopters With Information About A Given Animal, Rules Of Care, Its Needs, Habits And Customs);10) Immediately Inform An Employee Authorized By The Ordering Party During The Working Hours Of The Technical Infrastructure Office About The Service Of Taking A Homeless Animal From The Premises City To The Hotel/Shelter No Later Than The Next Business Day; 11) Provide Veterinary Care To The Animal By Taking All Necessary Actions At All Times To Counteract Threats To Its Life And Health And Applying Treatment To Return It To The Fullest Possible Health And Regaining Full Fitness; 12) Catching Stray Animals At The Request Of A Person Authorized By The Ordering Party Immediately, No Later Than Two Hours From The Transfer By Telephone From The Area Of The City Of Zdu ska Wola, And Providing Them With Transport In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular For Use Using Devices And Means That Do Not Pose A Threat To Life Or Health Or Cause Suffering To The Caught Animals. Catching An Animal Means Catching One Animal, Provided That A Female Dog Or A Female Cat With A Litter Is Treated As One Animal. The Ordering Party Will Not Cover The Contractors Costs Related To Arrival Upon Request In The Event Of Failure To Locate And Catch The Animal; 13) Taming, Taking Care Of The Animals Appearance, Including Hair Care And Preparing Animals Caught From The Area Of The City Of Zdu ska Wola, For Adoption, Including Conducting Adoption Campaigns, Via Social Media; 14) Providing The Ordering Party With A Report On The Tasks Performed In The Past Month (Number Animals Caught From The Area Of The City Of Zdu ska Wola, Indicating The Reporting Persons, Street And Date Of Their Capture);15) Systematically Posting A Photo Of The Caught Animal On Its Websites And Social Networking Sites, Indicating The Date And Place Of Capture;16) Ensuring The Availability Of The Service For Interested Persons Adoption Of Animals From A Shelter Or Collection Of A Lost Animal By The Owner: Obligatory: - Monday To Friday From 9:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M., - On Saturdays From 9:00 A.M. To 12:00 P.M., In Case Of Submitting A Declaration In The Offer: - From Monday To Friday From 9:00 A.M. To 6:00 P.M., On Saturdays From 9:00 A.M. To 3:00 P.M. 2. Contractors Obligations: 1) The Contractor Is Obliged To Transport All Animals From Their Current Place Where They Are Located To The Place Where They Will Be Placed In Connection With The Implementation Of This Contract, By The 5Th Day Of The Following Month After The End Of The Contract Period, Using An Appropriate Means Of Transport For Animals.
