The Moment Of Reporting Is The Receipt Of Information On The Contractors Mail Server From The Ordering Party About The Fault. The Contractor Will Indicate An Electronic Address For Accepting Defect Reports And Will Indicate A Contact Person For The Implementation Of Warranty Activities. 1.4. If The Device Cannot Be Repaired, The Contractor Undertakes To Replace It With An Identical, New, Functional Device.1.5. The Moment Of Completion Of The Warranty Activities Will Be The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party, Confirming The Restoration Of The Functionality Of The Subject Of The Order.1.6. If The Contractor Fails To Perform Warranty Activities Or Fulfill Warranty Obligations, Despite The Effective Reporting Of The Defect, The Ordering Party Has The Right To Commission Another Entity To Remove The Defect And Charge The Repair Costs To The Contractor Who Completed The Subject Of The Order.
