Tenders Are Invited For Providing The Service Of Operating And Repairing Failures Of Street, Park And Illumination Lighting In Tarnów On The Network Owned By The Municipality Of Tarnów

The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Operation Services And Troubleshooting Of Street, Park And Illumination Lighting In Tarnów On The Network Owned By The Tarnów City Commune And Includes The Following Activities: 1) 24-Hour Duty (Also On Days Off, Sundays And Holidays), Consisting Of: A) Daily Monitoring Of Information From The Cpanet System Monitoring The Operation Of Street Lighting, B) Receiving Reports Of Lighting Failures And Damage, C) Securing The Site Of The Failure And Devices Until Repair, Removing Threats Resulting From Lighting Damage And Protecting The Elements Against Further Damage, D ) Removing Failures And Damages Not Covered By The Scope Indicated In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 2 To The Swz), 2) Performing Activities And Fulfilling Obligations Specified In The Operating Manual, In The Parts Referred To Below: A) General Rules For The Operation Of The Street Lighting Network, B) Rules For Conducting Ongoing Operation And Maintenance Of Street Lighting, Excluding Group Replacement Of Light Sources, Checking The Foundation And Restoring The Verticality Of Poles, Securing And Supplementing The Foundations Of Street Lamps, Completing The Numbering Of Poles, Painting The Pole Shafts With Anti-Corrosion Paint. The Above-Mentioned Excluded Activities Are Included In The Scope Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 2 To The Swz), C) List Of Activities Related To The Operation Of Street Lighting Devices In Normal Operation Conditions - Inspection And Ad Hoc Works, 3) Starting Street Lighting After Failures, 4 ) Replacing Damaged Elements Of The Power Supply And Control System And Fuses, 5) Removing Lighting Faults, Including: Eliminating Short Circuits In Lighting Fixtures, Switching On Circuit Protection, 6) Maintaining Lighting Cabinets, Including Repairing Cabinets After Damage, 7) Identifying The Causes Of Failures, Activities Inspection And Checking On Power Reducers, Controllers, Lighting Cables, Fixtures,8) Disassembly Of Damaged Power Reducers And Installation Of New Power Reducers (New Devices Are Provided By The Ordering Party),9) Establishing And Maintaining Inspection Logs, Facility Books And A Log Of Ad Hoc And Emergency Works In Which The Descriptions Are All Activities Resulting From This Contract Will Be Carried Out (Including The Identification Of The Device On Which The Work Was Performed). Templates Of The Facility Book, Inspection Log And Ad Hoc And Emergency Work Log Are Attached To The Operating Instructions,10) Ensuring Constant Wireless Communication In The Gprs System For Cpanet Control Cabinets, Ensuring The Correct Operation Of The System From The Physical Side In The Field, Including Replacing Batteries In Controllers ( The Contractor Does Not Bear The Costs Of Subscription Fees For Drivers And Server Maintenance Costs), 11) Making Street Lighting Networks And Devices Available To Other Contractors At The Request Of The Ordering Party For The Purpose Of Expansion, Reconstruction, Modernization, Warranty Repairs Or Lending A Connection For Special Events, Etc., 12) Maintaining Sockets Installed On Lighting Poles. Repair, Modernization, Removal Of Street Lighting Failures And Planned Works Included In The Bill Of Quantities, Going Beyond The Scope Covered By The Lump Sum Indicated Above, Are Specified In §2 Section 3 Of The Draft Provisions Of The Contract (Annex No. 2 To The Swz).
