The Price Includes All Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order, Including The Delivery Of Equipment To The Canteen, Costs Loading, Transport, Unloading, Insurance, Dismantling Of Existing Equipment, Including The Costs Of Carrying Out Inspections Required By The Contract And Any Other Costs Without Which The Execution Of The Order Would Be Impossible. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Delivery At His Own Expense And Risk. Completion Date: In Accordance With The Submitted Offer (Delivery Criterion). The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Ordering Party With New, Highest Quality Equipment, With A Warranty For A Minimum Period Of 36 Months. The Warranty Period Will Be Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol By Authorized Representatives Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor. The Contractor Provides Free Service And Maintenance Of The Delivered Devices In Accordance With The Manufacturers Technical And Operational Documentation Throughout The Warranty Period. Service And Maintenance Of Devices During The Warranty Period Is Not Subject To Separate Remuneration - Their Cost Should Be Included In The Price Of The Offers By The Contractor.
