The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Delivery Of An Analyzer For Concentrated Liquid Dispersions For Measuring The Kinetics Of Sludge Sedimentation In Real Time Along With Staff Training For The Faculty Of Process Engineering And Environmental Protection Of The Lodz University Of Technology - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 - Technical Specification.1) Providing A Guarantee Of The Quality Of The Equipment. The Minimum Warranty Period Is Specified In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 2 To The Swz. If A Longer Warranty Period Is Offered, The Contractor Will Receive Additional Points. (Offer Evaluation Criteria Described In Chapter Xiv Of The Swz). Detailed Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Guarantee Are Specified In 5 Of The Draft Agreement, Annex No. 7 To The Swz. 2) Performance Of Warranty Service During The Warranty Period Referred To In 5 Section 16 And 18 Of The Contract.2. The Equipment Should Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects And Damage, And Without Previous Use. It Cannot Be Used As An Exhibition, Post-Exhibition, Test Or Demonstration Item. It Cannot Be A Prototype. It Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties.3. The Equipment Should Meet All Standards Set For Such Equipment By Applicable Law And Have Appropriate Permits, Approvals Or Certificates Regarding Safety And Admission To Marketing In The Eu, If Required By Applicable Legal Provisions, And Have Appropriate Marking. 4. The Equipment Should Be Equipped With All Necessary Elements (Connections, Cables, Etc.) Necessary For Installation And Commissioning Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Purchase Additional Elements, And Should Operate Efficiently And Achieve The Declared Parameters. 5. Detailed Conditions And Rules For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.
