The Services Are Divided Into Three Task Areas: Services A1: Planning, Analysis, Conception, Requirements Management For Development And Implementation Projects As Well As Development Coordination In The Area Of ​​Media Archive Applications Including Support For The Applications Budget And Effort Controlling Regarding The Various Task Areas (Resource Management) Services A2: Programming And Technical Implementation: Adaptation, Further Development And Maintenance Of Existing Components And Interfaces In The Media Archive Environment; Planning And Development Of New Components, Technical Support During Operation Services A3: Technical, Organizational Support (Planning, Conception, Implementation Support, Problem Analyses) In The Further Development And Operation Of Media Archive Applications As Well As Support In Possible It Projects In This Environment (Projects) For This Purpose, A Framework Agreement Is To Be Concluded With A Term Of Two Years, With The Option To Extend Twice For A Further Year Each Time. The Guaranteed Minimum Purchase Volume Is 1,100,000 Euros Including Vat. Beyond This, There Is No Purchase Obligation For The Wdr. The Estimated Call Volume Is 2,250,000 Euros Including Vat And The Optional Maximum Volume Is 2,600,000 Euros Including Vat (See Also Section 6.3.2 Of The Tender Documents). The Retrieval Of Services Is Demand-Driven. Billing Is Based On Actual Expenditure. As A Rule, A Call Is Made Annually For Each Area Of ​​Responsibility For A Performance Period Of One Year.
