As Part Of The Increase In Efficiency, The Gas Preheaters Of The Associated Flue Gas Cleaning System Are To Be Converted From Gas Firing To Steam Operation. The Rmhkw Stuttgartm nster: Retrofitting Dagavo Project Tenders All Services Required To Replace The Current Gas-Fired Preheaters With Steam-Powered Preheaters. The Scope Of The Service Includes Planning, Design, Production, Delivery, Assembly, Commissioning, Trial Operation And Documentation Of The Retrofitting Of Three Steam Gas Preheaters In The Flue Gas Cleaning Of The Enbw Waste Incineration Plant In Stuttgart M nster. A Steam Gas Preheater Is To Be Retrofitted In Each Of The Three Flue Gas Cleaning Lines To Replace The Existing Gas Burner. The Temperature Of The Flue Gas Stream Of 135,000 - 185,000 Nm /H Should Be Increased From Approx. 185 C To Approx. 250 C. The Project Essentially Contains The Following Systems And Also Includes Deliveries And Services For Integrating The New Preheaters Into The Existing Flue Gas Cleaning System, Such As Dismantling Gas Burners, Steel Construction, Sewer Construction, Pipelines, Specifications For Electrical And Control Technology: 3 Steam Gas Preheaters With Steam Recoolers Steam Extraction Including Steam Lines And Pressure Reduction If Necessary Condensate Drainage
