The Application For Participation Must Include: It Must Be Clearly Indicated Who Is The Main Contractor And Subcontractor. The Controls And Validation Procedures Must Be Carried Out By An Accredited Laboratory The Discipline Of Air. The Generally Applicable Conditions For Incineration And Co-Incineration Installations Are Described In Subsection 5.2.3Bis.1 Of Vlarem Ii. More Specifically Article 5.2.3Bis.1.24 § 3 Sets Out The Conditions For The Checks To Be Carried Out: “Quality Assurance Of The Automated Measuring Systems Is Carried Out In Accordance With Cen Standards. Additionally The Code Of Good Practice Is Also Applied To The Cen Standards. The Automated One Measuring Systems Are Tested At Least Annually Using Parallel Measurements With The Reference Measurement Methods Checked And Calibrated At Least Every Three Years By An Accredited Laboratory In The Air Discipline As Stated In Article 6, 5°, B) Of The Vlarel.”
