B). The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee As To The Quality Of The Thing Sold, However, The Contractor Cannot Be Obliged Under The Guarantee To An Extent Less Than That Resulting From: - The Provisions Of The Act Of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1610) On The Warranty Upon Sale, Subject To Their Content In Favor Of The Ordering Party, - From The Contract Template And Description Of The Subject Of The Order, And The Warranty Period Will Be At Least 24 Months From The Date When The Subject Of The Order Was Handed Over To The Ordering Party And After Signing A Fault-Free Acceptance Protocol.
