1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Service Titled: Winter Road Maintenance In The Winter 2023/24 Season In The Villages Of The Głusk Commune. 2. Subject Of The Above-Mentioned The Contract Includes: Provision Of A Service Consisting In Comprehensive Winter Maintenance Of Roads (Streets And Sidewalks In The Winter Season: 2023/24, And In Particular: Combating The Slipperiness Of Bituminous Surfaces Of Roads And Sidewalks Made Of Paving Stones And Bituminous Surfaces And Clearing Snow From Municipal Roads, Housing Estates And Administered Sidewalks By The Głusk Commune In The Area Of ​​The Communes Villages Ensuring The Continuity And Safety Of Road Traffic. The Service Will Consist In (Applies To All Parts Of The Order): - Mechanical Clearing Of Snow From Roads With Bituminous, Crushed Stone And Paving Stone Surfaces, As Well As Sidewalks Made Of Paving Stones And Bituminous Surfaces, Using Our Own Equipment Contractors. In Connection With The Above Activities, Each Snow Removal Machine Will Be Equipped With Gps Devices, Which The Contractor Will Receive From The Ordering Party For The Duration Of The Contract And Install On The Equipment Involved In The Execution Of The Order.6. 2 Gps Units Are Expected For Each Part Of The Order.7. The Contractor Bears Full Responsibility For Damage, Accidents, Road Collisions And Other Events Caused By Abandonment Of Works Or As A Result Of Insufficient Performance Of Winter Maintenance Works On Municipal Roads Or Inconsistent With Applicable Regulations. The Contractor Is Responsible For Traffic Safety Within Road Sections Where Winter Maintenance Is Carried Out From The Moment They Begin Until Their Final Completion.8. The Services Will Be Provided In Accordance With The Conditions Described In Annex No. 1 And 2 To Order No. 166/20 Of The Mayor Of The Głusk Commune Of October 26, 2020. Settlement Will Be Based On Unit Prices Indicated In The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Offer Form For Work Of A Given Medium Or Equipment And The Number Of Hours Of Service Actually Performed By The Contractor.
