The Scope Of Work Is Fully Described In The Attached Tender Document. The Motueka West Stormwater Discharge System Is A Significant Project For Motueka. It Will Provide A 460M Long Stormwater Line To Drain An Area To The West Of High Street Earmarked For Greenfield Development. This Project Is One Of A Number Of Projects To Service The Site Which Will Enable The First Stage Of Up To Two Hundred Houses To Be Developed By The End Of 2029. Kàianga Ora (Formerly Housing Nz) Is Contributing Financially And Partnering With Council And The Developer To Achieve This First Stage.
