Our Need: Taumata Arowai Needs A Hris And Hrm System (Excluding Payroll), In Order To Reduce Inefficiencies Of Manually Entering And Correcting Our People Data, Improve Reliability And Accuracy Of Our Reporting, Improve The Employee Experience And Reduce Costs By Streamlining Platforms. We Are After A Hris/Hrm To Capture Our Employee Data And Streamline The Functions Relating To The Employee Lifecycle (Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, Offboarding, Performance Management, Reporting Etc). The System Will Enable Us To Be More Efficient And Effective During This Stage Of Rapid Growth And Once We Settle Into Bau. We Have Outgrown Our Current Process For Capturing Employee Data And Now Need Something More Reliable, With Less Risk Of Human Error By Automating Information Flows. We Are Not Looking For A Large Erp System Or An All Or Nothing Type Of Solution/Implementation. The Preconditions That Will Be Required Are: 1. The Proposed Solution/Service Must Include Recruiting, Onboarding & Exiting. 2. The Proposed Solution/Service Must Include Employee Data Management 3. The Proposed Solution/Service Must Include Self-Service 4. The Proposed Solution/Service Must Include Time Sheeting & Attendance Etc 5. The Proposed Solution/Service Must Include Reporting & Analysis (Including Being Able To Report On Pay-Gaps And Other Similar Types Of Reporting) 6. The Proposed Solution Must Be Able To Integrate Or Communicate Via Industry Standard ApiS With The Datacom Payroll System. 7. The Proposed Solution Must Be Able To Integrate Or Communicate Via Industry Standard ApiS With The Totara Learning Management System (Version15) 8. The Proposed Solution Must Be Able To Integrate Or Communicate Via Industry Standard ApiS With Azure Ad/Entra Id 9. The Proposed Solution Must Be Cloud Based And Have/Allow Single Sign-On 10. The Proposed Solution Must Use Industry Standard ApiS For Communicating With Other Systems. 11. The Proposed Solution Information Must Be Located/Stored In Australia Or New Zealand. 12. The Proposed Solution Must Be Scalable To Allow For Growth 13. The Proposed Solution Must Be Able To Provide Support For The Product/Solution During The Nz Business Hours Of 7Am And 7Pm. 14.
