We Are After A Hris/Hrm To Capture Our Employee Data And Streamline The Functions Relating To The Employee Lifecycle (Recruitment, Onboarding, Training, Offboarding, Performance Management, Reporting Etc). The System Will Enable Us To Be More Efficient And Effective During This Stage Of Rapid Growth And Once We Settle Into Bau. We Have Outgrown Our Current Process For Capturing Employee Data And Now Need Something More Reliable, With Less Risk Of Human Error By Automating Information Flows.
