The Contractor Under This Public Procurement Will Provide Consulting Services / Construction Supervision (Sc) / In The Sense Of Art. 166, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Zut /Until Put Into Operation/, Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In Article 168 Of The Zut, Namely: - Legal Start Of Construction; - Implementation Of Control Regarding The Completeness And Correct Compilation Of Acts And Protocols During Construction; - Control Regarding Compliance With The Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In Construction; - Preventing Damage To Third Parties And Property As A Result Of The Construction.
