The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery And Replacement Of Used Cold Water Water Meters With Brand New Water Meters In Municipal Residential And Commercial Premises In The Buildings Of Housing Communities Managed By Mzb Sp. Z O. O. (Bok r dmie cie, Bok Nowe Miasto, Bok Podg rze, Bok Stary Zdr j, Bok Piaskowa G ra - Szczawienko, Bok Sobi cin, Bok Bia y Kamie ) - The Total Number Of Water Meters To Be Replaced Is 908 Pieces, In Accordance With The Attached List Of Water Meters Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz .2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 7 To The Swz.3. The Water Meters Offered By The Contractor Must Have The Required And Current Pzh Approvals And Certificates, Which Must Be Presented At Each Request Of The Ordering Party (Supervision Inspector). 4. Each Installed Water Meter Is Subject To A 60-Month Warranty Period For The Materials And Devices Used, Counting From The Date Of Fault-Free Final Acceptance, However, For The Installation Works Performed, This Period Is 24 Months From The Date Of Final Acceptance.5.
