1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Double-Beam Uv Spectrophotometer With An External Control Unit Calibrated For The Device And Internal Software (1 Pc.) 2) The Offered Device Must Be Brand New And Unused, Come From Current Production (Not Older Than 2022), Have Appropriate Certificates Authorizing Them For Sale And Use In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland.3) The Scope Of The Order Includes: Purchase Of The Device Along With Its Delivery, Transport, Unloading And Bringing It To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, As Well As Installation And Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees In The Operation Of The Device And Software, The Contractor Will Train At Least . 3 People On The Day Of Installation Of The Device. The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Free Warranty Service; 4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz;
