Tenders Are Invited For Delivery And Installation Of The Access Control System In The Main Hall On The Ground Floor Of An Office Building At Ul. Gen. H. Dąbrowskiego 23 In Katowice.
The Order In Question Provides For The Implementation Of An Access Control System In The Above-Mentioned Area. Entrance Hall On The Ground Floor Of The Office Building. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Design, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of The Access Control System (Hereinafter Referred To As Skd) Along With Warranty Service During The Warranty Period And Maintenance Of The System In The Building Where The Marshals Office Of The Silesian Voivodeship Is Located. Service Inspections Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Recommendations Of Device Manufacturers. The Design Of The Access Control System Must Be Agreed And Accepted By The Ordering Party And The User. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Installation Of Access Control Gates Used To Control Passenger Traffic In Guarded And Controlled Places. The Gates Included In The Skd Must Enable Operation In Various Modes And The Ability To Automatically Lower The Arm Or Release The Lock In The Event Of A Power Failure. The Access Control System Must Provide Full Bilateral Control Over Supervised Passages And Provide Emergency Power Supply To Devices During A 230V Power Outage. All System Components Must Come From One Manufacturer. The Controllers Must Additionally Be Connected And Managed By An Installed Control Panel Extending The Functionality Of The Existing Access Control System. The Facility Has An Access Control System For 6 Passages (Sensory Gates), 2 Passages For People In Wheelchairs (Tilting Gates), 2 Passages At The Reception Counter ( Tilting Gates) And 4 Elevated Passages (Tilting Gates), Double-Sided With Support For Proximity Cards, Including Those Already Equipped With The Ordering Party And The User.
