Lot 1: Delivery Of Approx. 300 Mg/A (Approx. 740 Kmol/A) Iron(Iii) Chloride Solution Lot 2: Delivery Of Approx. 500 Mg/A (Approx. 1,110 Kmol/A) Aluminum Chloride Solution; Each From January 1St, 2024 To December 31St, 2025. The Services Are Concluded As A Framework Agreement With Several Companies From December 1St, 2023 To December 31St, 2025. The Framework Agreements End At The End Of December 31, 2025 Or When The Maximum Call Quantity Is Reached, Whichever Comes First. For The Procurement Of Partial Quantities Within A Quarter, A Separate Award Procedure (So-Called Mini-Competition) Is Carried Out For The Quantity Call-Offs And Delivery Performance (See The Additional Information In Section Vi.3). The Procedural Requirements For Conducting The Mini-Competition Are Regulated In The Tender Documents. Contractual Partners Of The Framework Agreement Are All Those Who Take Part In This Tender And Meet The Suitability Requirements For The Framework Agreement.
