This Request For Bid (Rfb) Is An Opportunity To Prospective Bidders To Submit Their Bids For The Provision Of Facility Condition Assessment Program Described In Part 3 – The Deliverables Of The Rfb. This Rfb Is Issued By His Majesty The King In Right Of Ontario As Represented By The Minister Of Public And Business Service Delivery (Mpbsd). The Purpose Of This Project Is For The Ministry Of Health (The Ministry) To Select And Retain A Third-Party Provider For A Multi-Year Contract To Conduct Standardized, Cyclical Assessments On The Physical Condition Of Hospitals And Other Publicly Funded Health Service Providers (Hsps) In Ontario As Part Of The Ministry’S Facilities Condition Assessment Program (Fcap). This Rfb Includes The Following Service Categories: Deliverable A: Data Transition In Services Deliverable B: Conduct Pilot Assessments Deliverable C: Facility Condition Assessment Services Deliverable D: Assessment Application, Support, And Data Integrity Services Deliverable E: Training And User Support Services Deliverable F: Data Transition Out Services Scope Of Work The Ministry Is Seeking To Select And Retain A Third-Party Provider For A Multi-Year Contract To Conduct Standardized, Cyclical Assessments On The Physical Condition Of Hospitals And Other Publicly Funded Health Service Providers (Hsps) In Ontario As Part Of The Ministry’S Facilities Condition Assessment Program (Fcap). Independent Assessments From Fcap Support Evidence-Based Decision Making For Capital Planning And Renewal Investments For Hospital And Community Health Sectors And Enable Policy And Program Development To Ensure Safe Environments For Patient Care. The Selected Vendor Will Be Required To Enter Into An Agreement With The Ministry For The Provision Of The Deliverables In Part 3 – The Deliverables Of The Rfb. The Contract Start Date Is April 1, 2024.
