Krzywa 1, Including Painting Walls And Ceilings, Replacing Floors, Checking The Patency Of Ventilation Ducts And Unblocking Them In The Rooms And Corridors Of The Building, And Dismantling The Pipe Installation In The Attic, As Well As Grouting The Main Entrance Platform.2. The Execution Of Construction Works Includes In Particular: 1/ Rooms 004, Corner Hall, Entrance Hall From The Courtyard, 004, 019, 104, 101, 101A, 101B, 105, 106, 108, 123, 112, 113, 119, 116, 206, 210, 214, 215, 216, Toilets On The Third Floor For Painting, 2/ Rooms 015, 211, 213, 227 For Painting And Replacing Floors, 3/ Room 301 And 301A For Dismantling The Partition Wall, Making A Plasterboard Ceiling, Painting And Replacement Of The Floor, 4/ All Staircases In The Scope Of Painting Except The Staircase Of The New Building Up To The First Floor Level, 5/ Corridors Of All Floors In The Scope Of Painting Except The Basements And The Western Corridor Of The Ground Floor And The Northern Corridor Of The Second Floor, 6/ The Attic In Terms Of Tidying Up And Demolishing The Elements Installation Of Unused Heating Systems Together With The Dismantling Of Wooden Supporting Structures And Partitions Other Than Structural Elements Of The Roof Truss, 7/ Main Entrance Platform In Terms Of Replacing The Grouting.3. Other Provisions Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1/ Remuneration For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order In The Form Of A Lump Sum Settlement, The Bill Of Quantities Constituting An Annex To The Swz Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Element. 2/ The Settlement Will Be Based On Partial Invoices, 3/ The Financial And Material Schedule Prepared By The Contractor Will Be An Annex To Contract,4/ All Necessary Materials With Quality Certificates Or Declarations Of Conformity Confirming Their Use In Construction Are Secured By The Contractor,5/ The Works Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Sst In Compliance With The Conditions Arising From The Technical Standards For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And In Accordance With The Requirements Construction Art,6/ Renovation Works Should Be Carried Out In Consultation With The Ordering Party,7/ The Facilities And Construction Site Should Be Organized In Consultation With The Ordering Party,8/ The Contractor Will Secure The Construction Site And Enable The Safe Operation Of The Office, And Will Also Notify The City Secretary Of Any Possible Difficulties During The Works Works,9/ The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Full Scope Of Works Presented In The Subject Of The Order, Including Those Not Mentioned In The Design Or Other Documents But Necessary For The Execution Of The Order,10/ The Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Materials Is Secured By The Contractor, Bearing All Related Costs,11 / The Contractor Will Secure And Arrange The Construction Site To The Extent Necessary To Perform The Work In Compliance With The Principles Of Safe Use And Safe Conditions Of Movement Within The Construction Site, Both For Participants Of The Construction Process And Third Parties, As Well As Respect For And Protection Against Destruction Or Damage Of The Ordering Partys Property On The Site Construction,12/ During The Duration Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have A Civil Liability Insurance Policy In The Scope Of Its Business Activities Covering The Subject Of The Order And To Submit An Insurance Contract At The Request Of The Ordering Party. 13/ The Contractor Bears Full Liability For Damages And Consequences Of Accidents Resulting From Improper Performance Of The Works Or Improper Marking And Securing Of The Work Site,14/ The Contractor Will Provide A Minimum 3-Year Warranty And Guarantee Period For The Works Performed And For Construction Works And Built-In Materials,15/ In The Terms Of Reference And In All Documents Constituting Annexes To The Terms Of Reference (Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works), The Indicated Trademarks, Patents, Origin Or Standards, Specifications, Systems Should Be Understood As Examples And Should Be Considered With The Word Or Equivalent Or Not Worse Than. The Ordering Party, Bearing In Mind That If In Any Place In The Specification Of Terms Of Contract And Its Annexes The Manufacturers Name, Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents Or The Origin Of The Materials Used To Perform Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Order Are Indicated - Allows The Possibility Use Of Equivalent Materials. This Means That The Devices And Materials Intended By The Contractor To Be Used At The Stage Of Execution Of The Works Should Meet At Least The Parameters Specified In The Design Documentation And Detailed Technical Specification And Should Not Be Worse Than Its Assumptions. The Ordering Party Allows Any Market Equivalents With Parameters Equal Or Better Than Those Indicated. The Burden Of Proving That The Material (Product) Is Equivalent To The Requirement Specified By The Ordering Party Rests With The Person Submitting The Offer. In Such A Case, The Contractor Must Submit Appropriate Documents Describing Technical Parameters, Certificates Required By Law And Other Documents Authorizing The Use Of Given Materials (Products) And Making It Possible To Clearly State That They Are Actually Equivalent Or Better. All Materials That Will Be Built Or Installed Must Be Previously Approved By The Ordering Party In Writing.
