The Required Warranty Period For The Works And Materials Of The Device Will Be At Least 36 Months From The Date Of Signing (Without Comments) Of The Final Acceptance Protocol. G. After Completing The Works, The Contractor Is Obliged To Tidy Up The Construction Site And Hand It Over To The Ordering Party Before The Deadline For Completing The Works. H. The Ordering Party Specifies The Provisions And Requirements For Subcontracting Agreements In The Draft Agreement - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. I. Settlements Between The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Be Made In Polish Zlotys (Pln). J. The Contractor Is Fully Liable - Both Towards The Ordering Party And Towards Third Parties - For Damages And Other Events Arising In Connection With The Performance Of Works Falling Within The Scope Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract, In Particular For The Loss Of Material Goods, Bodily Injury Or Death Of Persons. If The Technical Documentation Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin In Relation To Certain Materials Or Devices - The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Section 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, Allows Offering Equivalent Solutions. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Determine The Minimum Quality Parameters And Functional Features That The Materials Or Devices Offered By The Contractor Must Meet In Order To Meet The Requirements Set By The Ordering Party. Materials Or Devices From Specific Manufacturers Constitute Only A Quality Standard Of The Subject Of The Order. The Use Of Exemplary Manufacturers Names Is Therefore Not Intended To Violate Art. 99 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, But Specifying The Level Of Expectations Of The Employer In Relation To A Specific Solution. The Use Of Manufacturer Or Product Names Is For Example Purposes Only. By Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Manufacturer (Supplier) Or A Specific Product In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, The Ordering Party Also Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features At Least At The Level Of The Indicated Product, Thus Accepting Every Product With The Indicated Or Better Quality Parameters And Functional Features.
