State, On The Section From The Border With The Town Of Rajcza To The State Border In The Town Of Glinka Km 0+000 To Km 11 + 161 In The Following Standards: A) Section I - Length 3,200 Meters - From The Border With The Rajcza Commune To The Intersection Of The S-1439 Road From Ul. Gminna, Ujsoły Commune, Standard Iii, B) Section Ii - Length 7,961 Meters - From To The Intersection Of The S-1439 Road With Ul. Gminna, Ujsoły Commune, To The Border Crossing In Glinka, In Standard Iii, Additionally Along This Road: C) Bus Terminus In Glinka - Area 550 M2 In Standard Iii, D) Parking Lot Next To The Border Crossing With A Loop - Area 900 M2 In Standard Iii,E) Sidewalk Along The District Road On The Section From Km 0+500 To Km 6,550, Total Length Of The Sidewalk 6,200 Km (On The 150 M Section, Snow Removal On Both Sides Of The Road)F) Bus Lay-Bys The Road Is Kept Black. The Guidelines For Standard Iii Are Attached. No. 1 To The Detailed Technical Specification - Standards For Snow Clearing Of County Roads.2) As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: A) Clear Snow From The Entire Width Of The Road, Remove The Slipperiness Of The Winter Road By Sprinkling Materials (Sand, Unsorted Aggregate With A Grain Size Of Up To 4 Mm, Road Salt ),B) Clearing Snow From The Entire Width Of The Sidewalk, Removing The Winter Slipperiness Of The Sidewalk By Sprinkling Roughening Material (Sand);3) Average Speed Of The Plow And Sand Spreader - 25 Km/Hour;4) Length Of The Road And Standard Time For A Single Detour (To And From Back) In Average Winter Conditions Is: Length Of The Road In Km (There And Back) Standard Time (In Minutes) For A Single Tour 22,322 + Bus Loop 54 + Parking Lot Next To The Border Crossing With A Loop 36 Total 90 The Time For Clearing Snow From The Bus Stop And The Square Was Determined In Based On The Average Snow Removal Time In These Places In Previous Years. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of This Order Is Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Draft Agreement And Annex No. 5 To The Swz - Detailed Technical Specifications.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep A Book Of Daily Reports, In Which Each Entry Must Be Confirmed By The Coordinator Appointed By The Ordering Party. 4. After The Winter Season, I.E. After Completing The Provision Of Services Related To Winter Road Maintenance, The Contractor Is Obliged To Clean Up The Materials Used For Sprinkling Roads And Sidewalks Within The Time Specified By The Ordering Party. 5. When Preparing The Offer, The Contractor Should Take Into Account That Difficulties May Occur On District Roads Related To The Performance Of Construction Works.6. In Order To Perform The Above Order, The Ordering Party Does Not Indicate Any Activities Within The Scope Of The Order For Which It Requires Employment By The Contractor Or Subcontractor Under An Employment Contract.
