1. Catching Or Collecting Homeless Animals From The Turek Commune Area, Which Will Take Place Immediately, I.E. Within A Maximum Of 5 Hours From The Time Of Telephone Notification By The Employees Of The Turek Commune Office, And Delivering It To The Shelter Run By The Contractor. In The Case Of A Dog That Has Bitten A Human, The Contractor Is Obliged To Catch The Dog Within No More Than 3 Hours Of Receiving The Report And Deliver It To A Veterinarian For Observation;2. Providing Information About The Caught Animal (Including At Least One Photo And Information About The Place Of Catching) To The Ordering Party - The Above Information Should Be Provided Electronically Within 1 Hour From The Moment The Animal Is Delivered To The Shelter;3. The Estimated Number Of Applications For Catching And Collecting Animals Within 1 Year Is Approximately 30 Animals;4. Seizure Of 51 Dogs;5. Transporting All The Above-Mentioned Animals To The Shelter Run By The Contractor;6. Microchipping Each Animal That Does Not Have A Chip Within 8 Hours Of Its Delivery To The Shelter;7. Providing Proper Care And Treatment In The Shelter: A) The Shelter Should Have At Least One Run And Provide Animals With Walks; B) Ensuring The Appropriate Quantity And Quality Of Food And Access To Fresh Drinking Water; C) Providing A Box And A Kennel For The Animals; D) In Boxes Intended For Dogs From The Turek Commune Cannot Accommodate More Than 2 Dogs At A Time; E) Dogs Must Be Placed In Boxes That Ensure Free Movement, Protection Against The Negative Impact Of Weather Conditions And Appropriate Lighting; F) Aggressive Dogs Must Be Separated From Dogs Without Such Characteristics;G) Dogs And Bitches That Have Not Undergone Sterilization Must Be Housed In Individual Stalls;H) Puppies Must Be Separated From Adult Dogs, Except When Puppies Are Placed With Their Mother;I) Each Stall Must Be Marked To Enable Identification A Dog That Is Assigned To A Given Box In The Shelters Documentation;J) Providing Veterinary Care;K) Carrying Out A Preventive 14-Day Quarantine After 24 Hours From The Moment The Dog Is Delivered To The Shelter;L) Carrying Out Necessary Vaccinations;M) Carrying Out Preventive Medical Treatment And Treatment; N) Observing A Dog Suspected Of Being Infected With Rabies After Biting A Human Or Animal; O) Ensuring 24-Hour Veterinary Duty; P) Euthanizing Dead Litters, Performing Abortion Sterilizations And Euthanasia (Incurably Sick And Suffering Animals For Which There Is No Possibility Of Applying Effective Treatment).8. Vaccination Of Animals Caught From The Turek Commune Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Veterinary Regulations.9. Carrying Out Sterilization And Castration Of Animals Strictly According To The Veterinarians Instructions Within A Period Of Not Less Than 14 Days From Placing The Animals In The Shelter/Hotel.10. Keeping Records Of Animals Caught From The Turek Commune Received, Released And Staying In The Shelter/Hotel, Including The History Of Vaccinations, Sterilization And Castration Procedures.11. Active Search For People Willing To Adopt Homeless Animals By Systematically Posting Active And Aesthetic Photos Along With A Description Of The Nature Of The Animals In The Shelter Caught From The Turek Commune On The Shelters Website And On Other Internet Portals.12. Establishing Cooperation With Foundations And Associations In The Promotion And Adoption Of Animals.13. The Contractor Will Enable Natural Persons Willing To Adopt Homeless Animals To Have Direct Contact With The Animals During The Hours Specified In The Shelter Regulations.14. The Contractors Waiver From Charging New Guardians For Accepting An Animal For Adoption.15. Together With The Vat Invoice, The Contractor Submits: A) A List Indicating The Number Of Dogs Caught And Brought To The Shelter, Along With The Dates And Places Of Catching And The Breed Of The Caught Dog; B) A List Indicating The Number Of Dogs Put Up For Adoption; C) A List Indicating The Number Of Dogs Subjected To Euthanasia And Its Reasons; D) A List Of Registration Numbers Assigned To Homeless Dogs Caught And Admitted To The Shelter From The Turek Commune.16. Ensuring Readiness To Provide The Service Or Services Performed After Office Hours And On Days Off And Holidays;17. During The Capture And Transport Of Animals, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Use Of Devices And Means That Do Not Pose A Threat To The Life, Health Or Suffering Of Animals;18. The Number Of Stray Animals That The Turek Commune Will Provide Care For In 2024-2026 Is Approximately 50.
