This Market Includes Two Lots, As Follows: Lot N 1: Supply, Joining And Repair Of Rubber Material Handrails For Escalators And Moving Walks On The Ratp Network For A Maximum Period Of 48 Months Asset Maintenance, With A Minimum And Maximum Amount As Follows: Minimum Amount: 50% Of The Nominal Amount; Nominal Amount: Corresponds To The Amounts Of Benefits Estimated Over 4 Years; Maximum Amount: +30% Of The Nominal Amount. Lot N 2: Supply, Joining And Repair Of Rubber Material Handrails For Escalators And Moving Walks On The Ratp Network For A Maximum Period Of 48 Months Routine Maintenance, With A Minimum And Maximum Amount As Follows: Minimum Amount: 70% Of The Nominal Amount.; Nominal Amount: Corresponds To The Amounts Of Benefits Estimated Over 4 Years; Maximum Amount: +30% Of The Nominal Amount. The Supplies And Services Are Defined In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (Cctp) And The Execution Methods Are Described In The Specifications Of Special Clauses For Metro And Rer Realization (Ccpr). The Estimated Quantities Indicated In The Unit Price Schedule (Bpu), Attached To This Contract, Are Given For Information Purposes Only And Do Not Bind Ratp. This Contract Includes An Obligation Of Results Taking Into Account The Constraints And Requirements Of The Ratp. A Bidder Can Be Awarded 1 Lot Or All 2 Lots.
