Supply And Delivery Of Gas And Operation Of Thermal And Air And Water Treatment Installations For The Ca Val Dyerres Val De Seine Group And The Commune Of Montgeron. Each Lot Will Be The Subject Of A Separate Award. The Services Are Settled By Unit And Fixed Prices. This Is A Contract Awarded As A Group Of Orders, In Application Of Articles L.21136 And L.21137 Of The Code Of Public Order, Between Ca Val Dyerres Val De Seine And The Commune Of Montgeron. The Contract Includes The Supply And Delivery Of Natural Gas (P1) As Well As Maintenance (P2) And Major Work On Equipment (P3). Ca Val Dyerres Val De Seine Is Appointed Coordinator Of The Group For The Procedure Award Until Signature And Notification Of The Contract (Including Representation Of Members In Court For Any Dispute). Execution And Settlement Are The Individual Responsibility Of The Members Of Said Group
