At Irregular Intervals, The Client Needs To Acquire Different Types Of Containers In Accordance With Its Activity Within The Disposal Of Material. The Containers Shall Primarily Be Used For Storage And Transport Of Material. Fma Wants To Link Up With A Pool Of Suppliers Who Are Able To Deliver Both New And Used Containers With Different Requirement Specifications. The Client Therefore Uses A Dynamic Purchasing Scheme So That Concrete Emerging Needs Can Be Met By Conducting Competitions Among The Qualified Suppliers In The Dynamic Purchasing Scheme.
