The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Light Fuel Oil In The 2023/2024 Heating Season In The Following Estimated Assortments And Quantities: A) Within 7 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract - 50,000 Liters: - School Complex In Chrostków 35,000 Liters - Commune Office In Chrostków 15,000 Litersb) Capacity Of Fuel Tanks In Individual Buildings: - School Complex In Chrostków - 8,000 Liters - Commune Office In Chrostków - 1,000 Liters2. The Volume Of One-Off Deliveries Of Heating Oil Will Be At The Level Of 70-90% Of The Fuel Tank Capacity In Individual Buildings.3. The Supplied Fuel Oil Must Have The Following Parameters: A) Density At 15Oc - Max. 860 Kg/M3; B) Calorific Value – Min. 42 Mj/Kg;C) Ignition Temperature – Min. 56Oc; D) Sulfur Content – ​​Max. 0.2% (M/M);E) Water Content – ​​Max. 200 Mg/Kg; F) Kinematic Viscosity At 20Oc – Max. 6Mm2/S; G) The Contractor Will Deliver The Oil Using Specialized Transport Equipped With Certified Equipment For Measuring The Drained Oil; H) The Costs Of Transport And Insurance Of Transport To The Ordering Party Are Borne By The Contractor; I) With Each Delivery, The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Document Confirming The Origin And Quality Of The Delivered Fuel Oil. 4. The Supplied Fuel Oil Must Comply With The Polish Standard Pn-C-96024:2011.5. Settlement Is Made For Each Liter Of Fuel Oil Filled Into The Ordering Partys Tanks.6. When Delivering Heating Oil, The Ordering Party May Request A Current Certificate Of Legalization Of Distribution Equipment.7. The Price Of Heating Oil Should Be Calculated Based On The Wholesale Price Rate For 1,000 Liters Of October 6, 2023, And A Printout From The Website Of The Manufacturer/Refinery On The Basis Of Which The Offer Was Calculated Should Be Attached. The Printout Should Be Prepared With Prices As Of October 6, 20238. Deliveries Will Be Made Depending On The Customers Needs. The Amount Of Heating Oil Presented Is A Maximum Estimated Amount And May Be Reduced In Relation To The Size Of The Entire Order Due To Current Needs. Any Changes In Quantity May Depend In Particular On Weather Conditions During The Heating Season And Other Events Beyond The Control Of The Ordering Party. 9. Deliveries Will Be Made On Business Days (Excluding Saturdays And Sundays) Between 8:00 A.M. And 2:00 P.M. After Each Telephone Notification By The Ordering Partys Representative. 10. Deliveries Will Be Made By The Contractors Means Of Transport, Equipped With Measuring Devices With Important Legal Features Ensuring Accurate Measurement Of The Amount Of Fuel Oil Released.
