Tenders Are Invited For Maintenance And Repair Services For Sewing, Seam And Lockstitch Machines For The Period 1.1.2024 - 31.12.2026 (+ 1+1 Year Option)

The City Of Turkus Procurement Services Is Requesting Bids For The Maintenance And Repair Of Sewing, Seaming And Lockstitch Machines And Other Special Sewing Machines (Buttonhole Machines, Buttonhole Machines, Trenchcoat Machines, Pique Machines, Ironing Machines, Cutting Machines And Presses) To Be Purchased For Use By The Citys Various Service Units. The Contract Period Is 1.1.2024 (Target)– 31.12.2026, After Which There Are, If The Subscriber So Decides, Two (2) Separate One (1) Year Option Periods 1.1.2027–31.12.2027 And 1.1.2028–31.12.2028. Agreement Services Are Provided With Two (2) Service Providers. One Is The Actual Service Provider And The Other Is The Backup Service Provider. The Customer Has The Right To Also Purchase Sewing Machines From Selected Service Providers Within The Framework Of This Agreement. Machines Can Be Purchased From Either Service Provider. However, The Customer Also Has The Right To Purchase Sewing Machines Outside Of This Contract. The Estimated Total Value Of The Acquisition Excluding Value Added Tax Is Approx. €50,000 Per Year. The Customer Does Not Commit To A Specific Purchase Quantity Or Value. The Contract Does Not Apply To Warranty Services That Are Carried Out At An Authorized Brand Service.
