The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Minor And Emergency Current Repairs And Renovations Of Electrical Installations In Residential And Public Buildings Administered By The Housing Management Plant Based In Miko w In 2023/22. Determination Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement: Direct Performance Of Electrical, Installation And Construction Works: Assembly And Disassembly Of Installations And Electrical Devices, Carrying Out Electrical Measurements Minor Construction Works Related To The Need To Perform Installation Works - Making Furrows, Restoring Plasters.2.1.During The Duration Agreement, The Following Electrical Installation Works May Be Performed, Consisting Of: A) Replacement Of Main Power Lines, B) Replacement Of Electrical Equipment Of Main, Local And Residential Switchboards, C) Replacement Of Main, Local And Residential Switchgears And Meter Boards, D) Repair Of Electrical Installation Circuits In Apartments And Commercial Premises,E) Replacement Or Repair Of Lighting Fixtures In Apartments And Commercial Premises.F) Comprehensive Renovation Of The Electrical Installation In Apartments And Commercial Premises Or Other Renovation Works Involving The Reconstruction Of Elements Of The Above-Mentioned Installation.2.2. The Works Will Be Submitted For Execution Successively, As They Are Obtained, Therefore The Contractor Must Be Prepared To Possibly Carry Out Works In Several Locations In Parallel. 2.3. The Contractor Must Be Aware That The Ordering Party Will Call Him To Carry Out The Order In Question By Means Of Separate Telephone Orders Confirmed Immediately On In Writing In The Form Of An Order - Specifying The Detailed Scope Of Work And A Reasonable Deadline For Their Implementation, Which Will Be The Partys Obligation To Meet. On The Day Of Receiving Information About The Occurrence Of Work, The Detailed Scope Of Work Should Be Agreed With The Supervisory Inspectors And The Task Should Be Started No Later Than The Third Business Day (The Response Time Is As Indicated In The Offer - The Response Time Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers) After Receiving The Order.2.4. The Basic Scope Of Works Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Bill Of Quantities, Technical Specification Of Execution And Acceptance Of Works, Which Constitutes An Annex To Swz.2.5. Due To The Very Large Diversification Of The Scope Of Works, The Scope Of Work Will Each Time Be Settled By The Ordering Party On The Basis Of An As-Built Cost Estimate Prepared On The Basis Of The Typing Protocol, The Quantity Of Works, In Accordance With The Unit Prices Appearing In The Offer Cost Estimate, And According To The Prices And Rates Of Price-Setting Factors Provided By The Contractor. On Offer. Works Worth Up To Pln 1,000.00 Net Will Be Ordered And Settled Based On A Lump-Sum Offer For A Given Work Submitted By The Contractor And Approved By The Ordering Party. 2.6. The Purchase Prices Of Other Materials Not Included In The Offer Will Be Calculated In The Amount Of The Average Prices With Purchase Costs Published In Sekocenbuds Notebooks From The Quarter In Which The Work Was Performed, And In The Absence Of Them, The Inspector May Request Access To Invoices For The Purchase Of Material Or Equipment. 2.7. Rental Prices For Other Equipment Not Included In The Offer Will Be Calculated In The Amount Of The Average Prices Together With One-Off Costs Published In The Notebooks Sekocenbud From The Quarter In Which The Work Was Performed. 2.8. All Materials Used To Perform The Work Should Have The Appropriate Certificates, Approvals And Approvals For Use In Construction Required By Applicable Law. The Contractor Will Each Time Present Documents Confirming The Above At The Request Of The Supervision Inspector. 2.9. The Contractor Shall Provide A Warranty For The Devices Used To The Extent And For A Period Equal To The Device Manufacturers Warranty (Not Less Than Two Years). 2.10. For The Work Performed And Materials Used, The Contractor Must Provide At Least Minimum One-Year Warranty (Warranty Period As Indicated In The Offer - The Warranty Period Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers). 2.11. At The Moment, The Ordering Party Does Not Know How Many Failures May Occur, And Their Estimated Size Is Forecast Based On Previous Years. The Ordering Party Assumed As An Estimate 6 Times The Amount Of Works Indicated In The Bill Of Quantities For Residential Buildings Or Works Subject To 8% Vat, And 1 Times For Public Buildings Or Elements Subject To 23% Vat. 2.12. During The Execution Of The Works, The Contractor Will Maintain Law And Order In The Area Where He Is Performing Them, And Will Also Ensure Safety And Fire Protection Conditions. Specified In Specific Regulations.2.13. The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Is Included In Annex No. 7 To Swz.3. The Contractor Will Provide Management With Appropriate Construction Qualifications And Qualified Staff For The Duration Of The Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Visit The Site Or Check The Documents Necessary To Complete The Order.
